The Merman's Embrace: A Tale of Transformation

In the twilight's gentle sway,
Where the ocean meets the day,
A girl, drowning in the azure deep,
In waves of sorrow, she did weep.
Her cries, a melody unheard,
Yet beneath the waves, a merman stirred,
With emerald eyes, and scales aglow,
He swam, to her distress to show.
With tenderness in his aquatic embrace,
He held her in this watery place,
He kisses her and soothes her fears,
And wiped away her salty tears.
As moonlight danced upon the sea,
Her transformation began to be,
With shimmering scales and flowing hair,
She became a creature of the ocean's care.
Now side by side, they glide and twirl,
In a world where waves and currents swirl,
A girl once lost, now found her place,
In the embrace of the ocean's grace.
