Whew! I’m glad it came intact, lol. The inner box is a tray that slides out of the outer box! Great video, Jaabo! Thanks for the shout out!
Whoo that box is gorgeous!! Glad it made it to a good safe home. Love the textbook! Sorry it wasnt a more picture-forward edition for you, Jaabo
Wow, that 1x3 transparent brick looks nice!
my very first police station - and since I got 6398 on monday, I now own every single one Lego made in the 20th century. Next I should look for 7035; one last hurray in old gray :)
I loved how you gushed over the police station set. That is a great set with a US box in great condition. The bricks look white and great too.
I just built that police station last week. It was one of the first sets I had from when I was a kid. Mine is definitely in a more used condition, as it was regularly played with at the time. That box looks so pristine. So cool to see vintage in that condition.
Where does he get all these cool toys
I’m like the Indiana jones of LEGO , ha ha
Maybe you could write a book, titled, My LEGO Journey by Joseph Olsen. Just use speech to text... include photos and update it every ten years. You could always make it a download.
But then you'll probably need an editor and a lawyer to look it over to make sure that nothing is stepping on anyone's toes.... And don't forget to get a Library of Congress Control Number.
I also have the Police headquarter set and the inner-box slides easily out (European version). Have fun building it!
Hell with the Lego, give me the paint sticks 😂
The colors and numbers on the side are part of the printing process so the pressman can keep the colors correct.
Wow nice gift 😊
Oh, that red brick I included has different logos on the studs, some at weird angles
Hay Jabbo!.. Nice T-Shirt Today Looks Good On You haha. That 1x3 Clear Brick Looks Great! What A Fantastic Police VINTAGE Set! Takes me right back to being 11 yeards Old?... and Wanting it from the Catalog?!... Great Present There, Thanks To Geo-Joe! Good Book Too! Buggleskelly37 xxx
I have been trying to write a sci-fi book for years but I get stuck on the amount of word that go in a novel
Man, those motorcycles are getting hard to acquire; I have 2 sets of wheels and one body with broken handlebars, and I'm not finding anyone selling just the bodies for (what I'd consider) a reasonable price! I need one for a Police set that uses those windscreens, as well, so you pointing out they are hard to find doesn't bode well for me 😒
Bricklink's inventory says that is a Light Gray antenna...though with some of their changes lately, I wouldn't take it as gospel anymore.
Also: Nice NASA train!!
Thats such a nice police station. I'd think after central precinct HQ (6398) one of the beauties out there. That box looks nothing like 40 years old. Excellent conditions. Is the white also white, nothing darkness or yellowed? Amazing
Yeah, the pieces are pristine! They sat in a box with a few other sets in some attic or something since the early 80s. The box is so smooth too!
@@geologyjoerocks wow! That's amazing. Best finds, those lost attic boxes. Thanks for the answer Joe
That set is yummy
Great t shirt jaabo keep up the great work nice set 💪
I hope you're able to fix that sticker
Ahh classic lego from bricktzar
What does the 80's smell like🤔
geology rocks but i like geography better as its my university major. that's the same police station Alex Nunes built on bricking news
