Dreams include both good and bad things, but i cant able to getup from my the dream even i know it was dream. Also i cant able move my body, i try to shout and call someone but i cant. Now im 24, still having this sleeparalysis only when im sleeping during day time. If there is any solution to this please tell me.

I heard that and I keep my phone and I slept next day also same happened but that time iam sleeping time 12or 12:30 I don't know the correct time . That time I see down of my bed but no one is their..I scared 😨 and slept next day morning enga Amma vainthaga appum na sonna my mummy told. We heared and they are saying simply we leaved .. I usually I put sep 10 or 11 muthuraman Malai . I put it and iam seeing the tv . My sis and grandma are sleeping . Iam seeing the tv . Opposite of me one bed was there that bed one shadow reflecting in the tv glass iam seeing that and iam freezed . My grandma suddenly called me . Next I ran and ask what with my scary face she say why are you shouting in night time I told what and I say no I didn't shout she said don't say lie just switch off the tv and sleep and day night the same thing happened that shadow come closer very close and going to touch my neck I pojja romm some sound came and the shadow whent out of my house . One day I was tired aterwork, because my boss gave me so much of work.... That time I went work at night shift that means if I go work 3.00 Pm o'clock I will come back at 12.15 Am, so I was coming home and ai also felt very very sleepy 🥱 when I go to my dad's room to keep my phone and batch near the door will got a dressing table I see that and saw a mother ghost combing hair for her daughter it was white colour and hair was dark black very long hair and long nails, that time I was sleepy so I thought any we see tomorrow then I when to hall and sleep then the next day, I was like omg I saw ghosttttt then I didn't sleep or go to the room until now
