i agree, the choreo was lacking but her technique and her facials are just not there and she needs to put a little effort of her own into the dance as well, it’s two sided.
i mean the show that that they were in was pressuring and kendall expressed, later that she was just depressed/tired all the time because of how draining everything was. she never got a real break from everything and the moms were just horrible because the producers made them. she’s a much better dancer now though. like maddie level sicnr her doesn’t have anything to worry her or weigh her down

She's more comfortable doing that than speaking about a subject. It usually comes when she's being intensely questioned. Perhaps it's her weakness and that's how she copes and with this LINE of questions, she just didn't think it was right to answer. Lesser of two evils to her. She does show compassion, love, sweetness as well.
