I remember getting a tiny portable radio as a christmas present when I was a kid and secretly listening to the John Peel show in bed when I should have been asleep. You're right, this would have been right up his street and mine at the time. So pleased to have discovered them now. Reminiscent of Xmal Deutschland. They are playing a few UK gigs in November, if you are in the UK check it out (John Peel reference - got to be a Brit right?).
