I'd like to dedicate this song to my brothers in emergency services, this Veteran of EMS is saddened by the loss of a brother..... Adam Finseth Firefighter/Paramedic in a domestic violence response to an officer down , both were gunned down February 20, 2024 and KIA 😢
@davidknichal6629 I've witnessed the dedication to life by other fellow brothers and veterans of emergency medical services and the willingness of sacrifice by law enforcement protecting us from harm in the 17 years of volunteering and professional career I took part in 1983-2000 and wished to acknowledge the sacrifice of so many before and after me, and my fathering his 26 years as a medic
This track got stuck in my head the first time I heard it and it won't leave. In a word: powerful. The vocals, the guitars, the lyrics. This isn't a song, it's an anthem.
This is my favorite song on this album. It’s brilliant man. They finally played it in Dallas last FRI night. It was glorious. It was my 16th Judas Priest concert. Their music has meant alot to me over the years. Very, very few artists hijack my mind like theirs does. I love them so much. It’s been a lifelong relationship since I first them when I was 9 years old. Long Live Judas Priest.
It is unbelievable - Rob Halford's voice sounds as amazing as it was in the 80's. All the tracks they have released from the forthcoming album have so far been very good.
All wars are based on lies orchestrated by the Vampire elite who own all national debts. An inbred bloodline of generational Satanists, the Wrathchilds, Rockefellers & all royal families are in the bloodline.
I've been a priest fan since 77. This songs smacks of Anthem, great lyric's and a great melody. Another Anthem go go priest I've been a fan since 75. Hope u all live as long as I have!!
Love to know the story behind the lyrics and the song's development. Really a great album. Faulkner's complimentary efforts dont overshadow the historic Priest sound, but amplify it for a modern era.
Glenn will show up for bits of the Firepower tour as a surprise and is clearly still fit for studio work; Rob actually did an interview on the whole topic of retirement very recently. He said that having received well over 40 years of support from the fans it only makes sense for him and the rest of the band to see their career through to whatever end, and basically produce/perform music for as long as they can.
Super message. So true. So real. I remember my grand uncles service in WW1. Dying in mudlaid graves, poison gases, young, strong, virile and forgotten. Hidden from our family for 100 years. Thank you.
This 3rd single sealed the deal!! Awesome as usual!! It's hard to imagine that next year will be Priest's 50th anniversary! So many leads singers, that are aging, are losing their voices. Halford is in his 60's & can still sing like he could back in the day. Super excited for this new album by the Gods of Metal!
this is a really excellent album. Judas Priest is not falling little by little, this album can be included in the hall of fame of the band . I love Judas Priest from 1982, when i was 14
Lifelong Priest fan!! Saw them in 84 - Defenders of the Faith! They’ve never compromised in 50 years!! Thanks for everything gentlemen! Best to KK and Tipton!! This shreds!! Rock on 🤘 forever!!
Bought the CD two days after knee replacement surgery. You do get old, but you never lose the Metal. Great release and I listen to it every day. Saw'em in '83. Still good as ever.
These guys keep rollin' along. Just like the Stones, they've endured. Other bands crashed and burned during the past 50+ years, the Stones and Judas Priest are still rockin'. Glad to see a whole new generation is discovering them.
I Love this track because it tells a story about how many soldiers in today's and soldiers of the past that have been disrespected and they sacrificed for us.And the priest machine still sounds epic after 50 yrs of heavy metal dominance.
Certainly, I have all his discography in several formats originally, and the discs of Figth and Two also some signed by Rob Halford also, IT IS MY FAVORITE BAND PER DECADES, not whom this one asks... First off, this is classic heavy metal as it is meant to be played. Second, I see a few people that are negative comments. As to that I say, lets see what you are up to at 66 years old. Sure, it's not Unleashed in the East or Turbo. It's not supposed to be. Give it another listen or so, it will get you. Metal God Forever.
Turbo? Widely trashed as their least inspired work. As in all their work a couple good tunes but Meh. British Steel will always be their Masterclass than Sad W.O.D. and for early work Sin After Sin was pretty damn Bad Ass
Brilliant ! Just brilliant. All prayers and best wishes for Glen. ✌canait to see you again in Utah, U.S.A. from across the pond. JUDAS PRIEST will FOREVER FLY the METAL FLAG !!

My heart goes out to you man.
This is so sad to read.My heartfelt sympathies,my friend.
😮What piece of shit shoots a EMT? 😢
How is it that Rob Halford's voice gets better and better? Dude is a freak of nature. Brilliant song.
That's why he is the Metal God.
Listen to rob's voice from Memphis desert plains, in the middle when he says "ARE YOU HIGH"
Rob is like wine.
This track got stuck in my head the first time I heard it and it won't leave. In a word: powerful. The vocals, the guitars, the lyrics. This isn't a song, it's an anthem.
That's the thing about the Priest, not only do come up with a great idea for a song. They put Heart and Soul in it.
@@MagpiePete3 abso-fucking-lutely

A perfect song.

My happiest memory is driving down a wooded highway with my father blasting this song when it came out. Times were simpler back then.
That was only 6 years ago.

Brilliant observation.
Your description says it all Mr. Jumper. This album still amazes me 3 yrs ago
It fits with what we are facing in our world....corrupt politicians wanting a revolutionary war among the law abiding citizens.
That opening drum line followed by the guitars shredding gets me every single time. 🤘
Can't wait to hear it live! Instant classic! That chorus..
This is THE heavy metal band. Stunning. Awesome as fuck. Even if it might be their last album, they're legends for ever.

It’s depressing to think of them ever ending. I agree that this would be a great closing album for them.
