This is the first time I'm listening to Suman Sridhar's voice and I must say that I'm SPELLBOUND never have I ever heard such a distinctive and oddly fascinating voice! Her voice has such a carefree and light-hearted tone, it's almost like a bird flying in the sky it is free, unconcerned about the world beneath, flying at its own arbitrary pace, living in the moment, not dwelling on the past neither fretting about the future, just being itself!
She is the one who sung Khoya Khoya chand. Her voice and carelessness

The 1987 version was made to be consummated as this. It works so much better in this vibe. Often in Western popular music original songs are bettered and perfected over various versions, turned it what they were meant to be; unfortunately that rarely happens in India.

although the 5 guys behaved a bit too stupidly. but the story was excellent and sucked all the attention of viewers. There was a good depiction of parallel story lines and how they all converged later.
Screenplay was as fantastic as any other anurag kashyap movie.
