    I'm bringing back a recipe that took TH-cam by storm!
    Ingredients:
    - 3 eggs
    - salt
    - Black pepper
    - Crushed red pepper
    - Mix well
    - 100g green onion
    - Chop
    - Add to the egg
    - Mix well
    - Medium-low heat
    - 1tbsp unsalted butter
    - 1 tomato
    - Slice
    - Place the tomato slices in the pan
    - Pour the egg in the pan
    - Mozzarella cheese
    - Cook for 3-5 minutes
