To be fair to Felix, the side dish/Bang Chan thing wasn't a mistake, it was an intentional pun, actually showing how he already had a grasp of some of the language.

@@cutebutevil7387 For one thing, he says "Bang Chan hyung". He wouldn't add the hyung if he thought he was talking about food. A smaller indication is the cheeky grin he has on his face when he says it. No reason for that if he was just talking about a food. But I think that's the kind of joke you often see them make during Skz-talker and their own shows, not during interviews where you have to watch your words and keep your jokes more safe, so he may have regretted it afterwards.

Yeah, they do do a lot of word play in SKZ Talker and Code etc, so it isn't unusual.
If you start getting into NCT it'll be a chaotic and beautiful journey. There's 23 members and they're all split into 4 sub groups/units, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, NCT U and WAYV. I adore them.

Omg you should definitely check out NCT it's a lot of chaos, multiple languages, 23 members from Korea, Japan, China,Thailand, Taiwan, Germany, Canada, Chicago... It's just a beautiful beautiful mess of languages, crazy clown culture.

Its so hard to learn another language and new culture whilst also working hard as a trainee like the other trainees. Mad respect.

If you get into NCT at all there are a lot of fun language videos. I think NCT Dream speak about 5 languages between them. Chan recently met Jake (the aussie from Enhypen) at KCON and declared he is basically adopting him now. I'm honestly so impressed with how many kpop artists learn Korean to pursue this, and seeing then learn and mess up and improve makes me more inspired with my language learning. It sometimes catches me off guard when you hear Chan asking for a translation of a new Korean word he's not come across before, or even Han, because he grew up a lot in Malaysia, sometimes has to ask what a certain word is in Korean. So few people speak more than one language where I live it's so enjoyable to see and participate in the learning culture that surrounds kpop.
You should definitely check out enhypen when you can. They only debuted a couple years ago. I think you would really like them. The one with the nice outfit is Sunoo. He's the j-hope of the group. He has the cutest smile.

The first video with the police is something you should see especially for Changbin`s reaction. Although Chagbin`s reaction of the recording itself was cut because he himself asked and later said he was happy they did you still see part of it whch makes it even more interesting.They pranked them as police stopping them to investigat case of sajaegi which is essentially when companies or even idols bulk buy their own albums to manipulate the sales results and rankings in shows and charts. Sajaegi is one if not the worlst crimes that companies and idols can commit [ Aside from hurting people in any way of course], even only being accused of it can end end the careers of the people involved. The people pretended they are investigating case of sajaegi regarding Miroh and even had actual recording of dev 1 memeber admitting to the crime. Dev 1 being the devision that is responsible for schedules, marketing and promotions of Stray Kids ,they also do that for 2Pm and NiziU. And the clip in the car was a prank where they told members the charts had been fixed, the only other members reaction I've seen is Han's but he was just as confused, so it doesn't seem like a language problem.

The Yadom thing in BLACK PINK video, Lisa yadom prononciation sounds like « yadong », yadong in Korean is adult movies (The P word) 😂
So, at the end of compilation 2 with Enhypen, Jay was helping NI-KI and he explained in Japanese, even though Japanese is not his own first language. I believe the person who made the compilation didn't include Jay in that last part (he's Korean-American, and English is his first language) because he's so freaking good with languages and is usually the one helping out the others, not messing up the languages himself.
Props to ALL of these foreign idols for their bravery in speaking a foreign language on screen for the whole world to see. They impress me greatly!
And Jackson Wang is a member of GOT7, he's from Hong Kong. The other 2 foreign idols in GOT7 are BamBam from Thailand and Mark Tuan from California (he's Chinese-American).
I think it's time for you to check out NCT. The one in the beginning of part 2 of the video is Mark, the main rapper from NCT 😂 there are actually a lot of videos like this one about NCT. I would recommend:

nct is a lot to get into with all of the members but i can throw some recommendation in the discord if you want to check stuff out. i started with set sub groups (wayv, nct dream, and nct 127) since there are a lot of members and the sub groups are just easier to digest since it's a smaller amount of people so i can get familiar with the faces for each one and start matching names to them
I would love if you did some reactions to WayV they are the Chinese subunit consisting of mostly Chinese members but Ten is from Thailand and YangYang Is half Chinese and Half Taiwanese but he grew up in Germany. Ten speaks 4 languages(Thai, Korean, English, & Mandarin)and is currently working on his 5th Japanese. YangYang speaks 5 languages (German, English, Korean, Mandarin, some Spanish). Members Lucas, Xiaojun, and Hendery all speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and some English. WinWin and Kun speak Mandarin, Korean, and some English but not much. WinWin went to does Traditional Chinese dance and is also pursuing an acting career in China. KUN is one of the few kpop idols I know who has a college degree, he has 2 drivers licenses (Korea and China), a pilots license, a sky diving license. He's also the leader of WayV which basically means he's Dad in the group similar to Bang Chan in skz. WaVy Has several full English songs as well as Chinese and some Korean songs. But If you ever get around to it WayV is one of my favorites I love all of them.
