What is a Service Level Agreement (SLA)? If you’ve ever dealt with contracts, you’ll find there are often mechanisms built into the agreement which measure the service provider on their performance. If you don’t mind me asking, where are you from? If you’re from the UK, there are multiple universities that offer degrees in Contract Management.
