It's the worst company to join. Looks good from the outside but from the inside it's all messed up. No hierarchy will ever listen to you, they always side the cooperation. Toxic is underrated to call TCS. U r better of starting some pleace else.

TCS usually onboard one batch every month from June to December, hopefully you should get it within 3-4 months as per the business requirements
Tcs was one of the good company but now the old people who enjoyed all benefits and get to big position and become shareholder are now concerned only on profit to increase there value in equity and employee now

It never was, it will never be. If you want to make a good career in IT, then stay away from Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Tech Mahindra and LnT.
