Ang daming daldal atleast si kabayan share niya yung blessings na natanggap niya, I mean to encourage ofw thanks madam
The aesthetic or design is supposedly minimalist but the decor is way "too much". I like the bedroom but in my opinion the display shelf shouldve been converted into cabinet spaces (fyi minimalist design do away with so called collections displayed esp on the walls). Minimalist designs mostly walls are almost blank with only sparse 1 or 2 display of paintings or artworks (i suggest mirror to add an illusion of space since your square footage is quite small).
Im also a bargain hunter. Well done on some of the pieces you found from mandaue however the drop light in the living room is a bit off with the theme. Pls use a small side table instead of center glass table to have more leg room (use that round ottoman instead if you are serving drinks on trays). That center table is really unnecessary esp if you have a very small space. Lessen the couch pillows. Only max 2 will do. The dining table is too big but if you prefer that size, you can just adjust instead the chairs that will go with it. Use 2 single chairs with back rest on each end and for the rest, opt for long bench painted in white (to go with your color palette). This gives an illusion again of more space because there's no back rest visible Use sheer white curtains (floor to ceiling length to create an illusion of height) and sheer fabric is lighter on the eyes. It also allows more light from the window which adds more space and dimension, also this type of fabric is also on the glam side. Just install horizontal blinds for added privacy.
I could see you have a good sense of aesthetic but may i suggest to minimize the clutter and displays. Its taking away the entire essence of your house theme. Maybe instead of giving tips (which by the way some do makes sense), i suggest on your next vlog to tackle how to declutter and probably do a bit of a aethetic renov (on the displays only) since both goes hand in hand in improving the living spaces of a home. Overall your home still looks nice and fresh. Congrats on the house and goodluck!

I really appreciate your effort in sharing your taste pagdating sa bahay. Ang maganda po sa inyo was the effort na pinapakita to anyone wishes to have their own even with small spaces. At least with this video anyone would be motivated to start with family❤️

Hi. I've heard it a few times so can't help but to comment. It should be "stuff", not "stuffs". Also, master bedroom daw po not master's bedroom. Yun lang. I also have a small house and I'm inspired to decorate it because of this. Thank you.
Definitely not minimalist, girl. But I can see your taste is more of Glam Chic. After many years of work (like ten?) I was able to afford a very small bungalow in my province but the lot was good enough for an extension. The extension become the main kitchen/laundry area a.k.a. "the dirty kitchen". I think you can do that as well in your house. Roof it, tile it, glam it up whatever you want and then transfer your giant ref, large stove and huge washing machine outside and voila! More space. I think the style of outside your house is the same with the inside of my house. Simple, modern, black and white. I didn't hire a designer but I got inspiration from my collection of interior design magazines and watching home makeovers and house tours on you tube and hgtv until I found out what I really like. Anyway, congrats on your beautiful house and I wish you more blessings. 👍

the bar and the sofa layout was a poor choice, it's not advisable to have partitions kung maliit lang lugar, better to have an open area in the center

Very nice house pinakita ko nga sa anak ko.. having a small house is not an excuse to have a nice classy glam house like yours😊 idea for your wine and glass wine puede pa yan sa may bar mo kaya lang mag move ung 3 ilaw mo.. palagay ka hanging cabinet for your wines and glasses insert na lang siguro cabinet veiling ang mga ilaw😊

Eventhough I couldn't understand everything you we're saying I love your house!!! I'm trying to see if I can build something this small and functional in Nigeria but the contractors here are so used to building big houses so it's been frustrating communicating.

Dagdag kapa maam ng mga builtin cabinets na may door. Doon nakalagay mga clutter.. Tapos white paint din xa. So parang dingding lang pero cabinet pala doon nkalagay mga anik anik. Tip from minimalist hehe. By the ganda po ng bahay nyo sana lahatbmg Filipino magkaroon din po nyan lalo napo ung mga bushers hehehe say something good always it will gain back to you. Hehehe lesson to all bushers.

Masyadong maraming gamit for a small house. Bawasan lang sana yung pillows kasi ang init tingnan, and yung carpet kahit wala na lang kasi di yan bagay sa pinas kasi maalikabok. Napasobra din naman ata ng lights, yung sa sala maganda na sana kaso di na ma appreciate kasi nakaka distract na yung hanging lights ng dining at kitchen, which for sure di naman ginamit kasi palamuti lang. Pero overall, it's a nice house, medyo napasobra nga lang. Pag minimalist kasi dapat kung ano lang ang kailangan, yun lang ang ilalagay.
