There's a bit of forgiveness
That just broke me. Some time around 1977. I went to help a relative clean house after his wife passed away. He gave me a bunch of things that he didn't want or know what to do with. Among them were some records. I was 14 or 15 at the time and had already had about 20 records. I took them all which expanded mine to about 50. So I started to play them. Most I never heard of. Then I put on The Hometown band album. The fear of flying song. It was a combination of things but it was really your voice Shari that was the brightest light. Presently I have about 2000 records. I moved a few years ago and gave away a lot of them. I had 3 or 4 copies of that first hometown album. I couldn't part with them. In fact today I looked through some records and saw that album and almost bought it again. I have several of your solo albums as well. I posted Fear of flying song once again on my Facebook page. Then I came across this song. Beautifully done. I still fall in love with your voice. I have handed down a copy to my 27 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. I wish I was closer so I could see and hear you play live. Anyway stay healthy. Love your music.
