I remember Araby's Doubles from the 90's when he lived in Princes Town. St. Stephen's College students and the wider public found him in late week afternoons by the Gas Station, opposite from the Masjid. On Saturday mornings, he sold close to the front entrance of Market Street, Princes Town, with long queues.I believe his brother or cousin operates in the Princes Town Market up to this day. In 2004 and probably before, he had a stall in City Gate close to the Bus Depot, though I distinctly remember him even selling on the periphery of City Gate on South Quay. His food was always tasty on its own, but of course the condiments were perfectly spiced with fresh green seasonings and peppers. I know he is well established as a brand in Barataria, but as deicious as his food is, he has a vibrant personality and warm sense of humour. Though he learned this trade from his famous Ali-family, he has a winning personality. His diligence and pride is complemented by a sincerity and honesty. I consider him to be model entrepreneur and deserves being nominated for a National Award.Great Job to Cooking with Natasha.

A lot of doubles vender making bygan pie an saying it's byganie lol byganie is made with d bygan an the paste both side that is what I know is byganie not a piece of bygan inside a flour dough like aloo pie .
