Hi sir.. if I created digital products selling websites like ebooks or softwares. In buying section do i need to apply Tax column (18% gst). 1. For example If someone click my 100Rs ebook product to buy (do we need to set 18% tax) so that price will automatically increase to customers. 2. Or don't need to set tax column, just give it them for 100rs . Then overall website annual amount i need to submit gst?
Sir, I have a general question? In which case GST number is required for Online Service Providers. (Like; SEO Service, Digital Marketing services, Content Writing Service, Online Course)
In eCommerce with marketplaces, it is mandatory to have GST since beginning. For the services you mentioned, you can skip having GST until you cross INR 20 Lakh annual turnover.
