Hakan represents what kind of weird street fighter should be. He represent a new/underrepresented nationality Turkey and a martial art native to said country (Yagli Gures aka Oil Wrestling) but they exaggerate the techniques to cartoonishly hilarious and creative ways.
Abigails just a massive canadian (tho he is loosely inspired by a real canadian giant called Edouard Beaupre at least) and Rufus is just a all white Americans are fat boorish cunts stereotype
