But diver down well to put it simply to him. The world is his ocean, and based on scenes like what he did to kenzu, it can phase matter. It is honestly easier to see what diver does than explaining it.

Anasui is one of my favorites from this part. He goes from weirdo masochistic to a noble soul in such a believable journey, it's a beautiful story of redemption. I could see how Jolyne fell for him.

Diver Down is insanely useful, stealing, walking through walls, getting over walls and if someone's annoying just submerge Diver Down into them and fucking reconstruct their mouth/tongue and arms/legs so they can't annoy you in any way =]
