Nice video. But Mam , I've one doubt , how can we measure intertuberous diameter in a pregnant women by putting a fist , isn't it too big for passing through the vagina?
if you looked at the video and looked at other sources, the fist IS NOT inserted in the vagina...that is not right.. it is just placed right next to the ischial tuberosity, OUTSIDE the vagina (in the perineum)

it is still common practice in some parts of the world. MAybe others dont do it because they lack the skill

Are u sure about the bispinous diameter of adequate pelvis.. isn't it more than or equal to 10cm
Anything less than 8cm is reported as contracted pelvis
