I’ve seen Missouri star people make this but I don’t recall if they made it that simple on how to divide the picture into pieces. I learn something from you every time I watch you❤❤❤❤❤
I watched the replay on this. I just love this attic window panel quilt! I enjoy watching you make your quilts. I have learned a lot as a beginner quilter. Thank you.
Nice video tutorial! I have several panels. While I am familiar with the attic window process, I never actually made one of these quilts. I would like to make a couple window / panel quilts for Christmas gifts, so the timing of your video is perfect.Thanks.
Clever lady love this window, i have a panel of paris which my daughter loves didnt know what to do with it , but now i do after watching this thank you. x
To keep the panel in the exact proportions it was printed you need to cut strips out of the panel between the blocks to the same size as the ‘sashings’ taking account of the seam allowances. Thanks for the video. Very effective.
I have several panels that I have been putting off because I wasn’t sure how to start doing ‘window’ effect. Thanks a bunch for the great tutorial. I’ve saved it so I can do mine when garden season is done! Yours look amazing👏🏻🥰🤗
I watched you half way again Tiffany…I can’t stop looking at that window . It came out so beautiful😍😍😍😍😍, I kept hoping for another Auction. I truly Love looking n holding what I won . Everyone that I have won , I look at all it everywhere You have sewn. 110% Perfect ❣️❣️❣️❣️
Thank you again, Tiffany, for your wonderful tutorial. You give me confidence to try myself. I have a few panels, which I am not sure what way I want to incorporate them into quilts. 🎉
This turned out beautiful, you make it look so easy I have a problem with math too. My husband could do calculous in his brain. I have several panels, 4 of which I will do like a window. One I want to do as a diamond paned glass window with an arched wood frame around it. I've just haven't figured out how to achieve the look I'm going for. The others are just to build a quilt around. Thank you so much for this tutorial.
Hi Tiffany, I’m streaming the video, love the Attic Window pattern! You make it so easy to follow. Question - I’m converting the guest room to my sewing room. I’m seeing how you easy you reach your design wall behind you. How much room do you have between the machine table and the wall? I tend to get lost when piecing between the machine to the board and back to the machine 😅. This setup will work, just need to see if I’ll have enough room. Thank you.
I wish was able to make the live, but life gets in the way at times. I've seen Jenny's video on this and you have made it much more clearer then she did. I have several panels and you have given me ideas on what to do with them. Thanks for all you do XOXO
Omggg I think u have the best husband in the world 🌍 he is ever so helpful, you are a very lucky woman I sud say, How many years have u been married? God bless u both, thanks 🙏🏼 for all ur videos, u make it so easy to follow, love u guys ❤
Beautiful job Tiffany, as ALWAYS. I love watching you sew, even with a hiccup. Makes it more realistic. You are very inspiring and a joy to watch. Can't wait till next week's panel. I have 5 to make for my bf's son's. He's 75 and going to help me for the first time sewing. It's more important that these be from him and he's said yes. Woohoo... I can do other projects while he's learning the first 1 or 2. I wonder how one would look with a half moon window at the top with just sky and an appliqued eagle or something? Or an airplane? His boys are tall so that would help lengthen these for a lap quilt? What do you think?
i tried one that I got in a garden gate box and it was soi pretty and I cut it wrong the very first thing so it is still looking at me in the box, but I found the panel, I think in Annie;'s and bought itm, so now I am going to try to concentrate on getting rid of all of my panels, and those smaller panels that come like a set of blockjs on a yard of fabric. Just to use them up and try this window thing. lol I now have fabric in three placesm, two rooms and all arouind my bed AND around where I sit during the day. I just finished making 250 hexagon quilt as you go using up smaller pieces and scraps of christmas fabrics.
Loved this. If you were going to make it more wintery, could you use a light blue grey in place of white and a little bit darker grey in the left, still with black? Stunning
@@TiffanysQuiltingLife I loved yours. I am in Colorado and the snowy scene with the deer looks like here in the winter. Thank you for a wonderful tutorial.
I'm neva in time 2 see it live. I'm in NY n most times I'm taking a nap at that time. I get up early, go 2 Church, time I get back I'm tired n sleepy. Next week, God's Willing I'm gonna put my phone 2 alarm next week, so I can get 2 interact.
I appreciate your reply. And I finished watching this today. I cant get over how much difference in confidence I have.! Finally, someone explains the seam tape, and you streamlined your cutting and sewing to where I see how much faster I can be at getting a quilt completed. Attic window quilt has been on my bucket list. I am surely doing this technique on my very next project. I love watching all your content .
I am back with a little more informed question I had asked about the Waverly fabric earlier. i was in fabric section at my very small, small walmart, and its not Waverly brand afterall. Its Better Homes and Gradens fabric that doesnt look right (or feel right if I do say so). I hope i didnt steer anyone in tbe wrong direction . I am happy that you replied about never having problems with the Waverly. The quilt shop in my little town is about 3 times the cost per yard and i can't afford it. I will try ordering online from Walmart this time.
i looked in walmart again, they finally have the Waverly line almost exclusively now. i am so happy and watching your attic window one more time. I have my panel ordered. PS if your sewing machine whirring away didnt wake me up, i would listen to you to go to sleep at night. So much experience , wisdom and common sense. Have a great day.
I absolutely loved your presentation as I now understand the method, but I am not sure if I will subscribe because of your husband's interruptions.. your seam ripping was after the interruptions.
You haven’t watched many of Tiffany’s videos me thinks. Scott is there to help her and read the chat, he irons for her most days too. With her health issues she needs lots of help to keep producing. , she has a wonderful community on her channel and we all love Scott. It’s your choice of course but maybe watch more lives and videos and you will see how much he helps her. ❤😊❤😊

I try to simplify piecing 😊
That is beautiful. I’ve always wanted to do that so now I can because you showed me out thank you for showing me

You are so welcome!
Thank you for walking through this. Now I can take the panel I put aside and make a beautiful finished project
Excellent work, Tiffany! That turned out stunning!!!!
Yes you are very helpful for me. I never knew how to do this. You are amazing

Watching on replay. Your window pane is absolutely beautiful.
Great job Tiffany! Loved the project
Beautiful what a creation . I love it 😢 wish I could make one .
Christmas is just around the corner ,hope I can make one in time ,but it probably won't be that good

To keep the panel in the exact proportions it was printed you need to cut strips out of the panel between the blocks to the same size as the ‘sashings’ taking account of the seam allowances. Thanks for the video. Very effective.
I've done it that way too. Both ways work great 😊
What a lovely panel thank you for the teaching! I have a panel I want to make like this for Christmas I hope mine comes out as nice as yours 😍
You have made this method look so easy! Thank you for sharing your experience!❤️
I do the same, when attaching the boarder. Sew the sides trim, then ends and trim.
You have done a Great job. Thank you.
Thanks so much for the beautiful idea! I have atleast 6 panels for different occasions and now I know what to do with them!

I think it's about 3 ft between the wall and my desk. I can move the chair and still stand there.
Girlfriend, you definitely lessened the intimidation factor for me.

That would be cool. You would just need to figure out the curve.
Yes, it is pretty clever on making a window, thank you.

You could. I didn't have much color to choose from.

Hello 👋
I love watching your shows. But, instead of throwing out your trimmings, put them out for the birds to build their nests.
We don't use fabric for nests, it can make birds choke unfortunately 😒 Most people make animal beds with trimmings.
Thank you.
Excellent job
I love it
It would just look Further away It wouldn't shorten up the picture at all.
Your cat is so cute
with the white next to the black it looks like snow drift on the outside.
Thumper is so beautiful!
Wish I knew how you’re going to quilt this! I
Probably just a meander all over.
Very pretty
Looks good where it's at.

What kind of juki do you have? 1:18:13
I have the Juki TL-2010Q as my main machine shrsl.com/4luxe
Wondering what kind of quilting you would do on this?
Just a simple meander as to not loose the eye to the panel.
Not going to place a batting and backing
I watched the Missouri star video and I can follow yours better
Where can I buy your t shirt, love it
