You're not doing anything wrong; you simply lack the expertise necessary to make money in a bad market. In these difficult circumstances, only really skilled experts who were forced to witness the 2008 financial crisis could expect to generate a large wage.

Of course it's a seller's market but nobody's buying you going to see the seller signs off all over Place everybody's got to sell us on but nobody's buying nobody could buy interest rates have gone up houses just sit on the seller's market and then eventually people just walk away from the house so you cash out max out and they leave the bank with foreclosures
