Best part restored!!! As impressive as the scene is, it becomes static without them. Writers that are not knowing this would just think the car is stalling as it goes across the deck. This is one of the most incredible rides ever made!
The ride is simply awesome: the line, Rey's presentation, the transport and the Mon Calamari, the soldiers in the hangar, the cell, the cannobs,... the drop, .. only at the level of Guardians Ride at Epcot and my two timeless favorites: Thunder and Pirates
Okay, I'm very happy to see Disneyland bring this effect back online. But the number of people who yammer incessantly through the ride is outrageous. Will not shut their mouths for 5 minutes. I stopped going to the Anaheim parks because of them. People have no respect for their neighbors, or the experience. I do not need to hear about your uncle's colonoscopy whike I am trying to listen to the experience I am paying for.
Tell me about it. I thought it was crosstalk. Nope. Just somebody having to talk about something else like they can't immerse themselves for just a few minutes. It's like when I take a 5am flight out and somebody near me HAS to have a full blown loud conversation when everybody else has their eyes closed asleep getting ready for the work day when we deplane. Geez.
I like the ride. However, I noticed the first transport doesn’t function like the trans ports from the movies, and for the cast members. They need to step it up on their acting. I got away easy in the interrogation hall. They didn’t seem too serious.
They purposely left them offline because of the added downtime it was causing. Now that the ride isn’t nearly as popular anymore Disney is looking to increase wait times so they can continue to sell Lightning Lane. Priorities have shifted for money reasons, not because they magically care more.

The ride was still good. This makes it great. Easily the greatest rid eon the planet when everything is working.
It’s nice to see that the higher ups are finally starting to give a crap about this ride again!
Mind boggling to me that the riders seem to pay no attention to the experience and talk over the narrative nonstop.

Cannons 9:10. And also when final animatronic works at 9:40 amazing. But when it breaks down depressing.
Glad to see Disneyland keeping up on the repaires. Maybe in another 30 years they will get the people mover working again.
