The purpose was to create a deeper tone, hence why she did not apply it all over the eyelid. Since Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly is lighter in tone, it can be used all over the lid as a base before applying eye shadows. We suggest buffing less product using a #286 Duo Fibre Tapered Brush, minimizing creasing. Then, lightly set your eyelid with your face powder using a #224 Tapered Blending Brush. some of you need to use common sense. she may not "already have radiant skin". There are steps for skin before applying makeup. Mac has a lot of skin products to make your skin look glowing. She obviously applied moisturizer or even oil along with their famous product, strobe cream. duh...
It did not make so much of a difference on such a glowing face. I mean, what were they concealing with the concealer? I'd invite this lady to re-do my ashen and with darker-than-dark circles face
