      My pb came out of there. 7lbs off the sixth sense crankbait about 6 months ago. And been broke off by way bigger ones in there. I fish nights though.

      cody farner Crazy, that’s a beast! Those tanks are definitely still lurking at alondra. It’s cool coz alondra is pretty close to us so hopefully we tie into one of those some day. 🎣 We will try one of those sixth sense crank baits.

      PMART 909 We don’t usually target bass that often but it’s pretty fun and something different from our usual trout fishing. Time for us to start loading up on bass gear. 😁🎣

    Is the fish safe to eat???

    • @ExploreNaturesCatch
      @ExploreNaturesCatch  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I personally wouldn't because the water is pretty dirty. I know people do, but i wouldn't recommend it. Sometimes they have catfish events and if you pull them out close to when they are stocked, that might be okay. Same with the trout.

    Wow I grew up in Torrance and I didn’t even know there are fishes in that pond. Are we allow to keep the fish?

    • @RichardHughes15
      @RichardHughes15 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No. Bass are not good eating and should be strictly catch and release.

      @@ExploreNaturesCatch No, I live in SJ, but previously lived down by Santa Barbara. Growing up, we used to visit my Aunt and her family in Gardena just about every weekend. Both our families used to go to June Lake every year. Some still do.

    Are they the Florida Black Bass in that lake? I heard that they were planting them in the socal area. Great job. Spinner baits are my usual go to for Bass.

      Mark Taniguchi thank you! not really to sure about that. Couldn’t find anything on the web for this particular lake. I did find that they did bring down Florida black bass to other SoCal lakes back in the day. We haven’t done a lot of bass fishing over the years but we do plan to do a little more this year. We just need to start building our tackle for it. 🎣
