Salah’s training routine includes:
Routine in the Morning
I want to complete all of the C&C workouts throughout my morning routine. The C&C exercise combines your cardio and core routines, which I believe perform best when done together. It’s something I prefer to do, particularly while training like an athlete.
In terms of cardio, I would recommend HIIT exercises to help you increase stamina while also removing excess fat from your body. On Instagram, we have seen Salah do a lot of cycling, jogging, and hydro-rowing. So we’ll include that in this routine as well. We’ll do four distinct exercises: cycling, running, jumping rope, and hydro-rowing.
Running: 15 minutes of running with 30-second sprint intervals per minute.
Cycling: 15 minutes of cycling with 30-second sprint intervals per minute.
Jump Rope: 15 minutes of intense jump rope in one-minute increments with a 15-30 second break in between.
Hydro-row: 15 minutes of hydro-rowing with 30 seconds of sprint intervals per minute.
In the core workout, we’ll do a quick circuit routine to help you get that cardio finish and burn all the fat from your core area. So let’s get this party started:

- Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

Evening Routine
The evening routine is mostly for strength and weight training in order to provide you with a decent exercise regimen. So let’s get this party started.
Weight Lifting
We would recommend four days of combined weight training focusing on your upper and lower bodies. Now we’ll show you a simple regimen, but remember that you may add resistance bands to any of these movements for more resistance. Also, with extra resistance, try to be explosive with exercises like bench presses, deadlifts, and squats.

This workout will offer you an excellent training program as well as an entire body workout and strength. So make sure you do that, and feel free to add some resistance lunges, planks, and muscle-ups if you want to.
