Would love to hear more about how a child’s anxiety can perpetuate anxiety in a parent. I feel like I do a really good job at co-regulation when my child is in an anxious state. They are able to get to a calm regulated state, but I feel like I’m left with the heaviness of their anxiety and I carry that with me. What are some coping skills that would help?
