I made two small mistakes in the video
One at 7.33. Bhavin is performing "a phoria test for binocular vision (more accurate than the cover test) and ACA ratio for checking how the accommodation (focusing mechanism) works in tune with convergence and binocular vision" and another at 7.58 where Bhavin is performing fusional reserves using a prism bar.

But I want to get back to naked eye 20/20.
    Is that possible.
Or must I do it myself?

Yes, eye surgery can achieve this for many people.

Try Active focus methods as she grows up....atropine drops therapy and miyosmart lenses. Try to slow down progression till 18 then go for Lasik or ICL surgery

    First step, for prevention?
Begin wearing a prevention plus lens, for all close work.

    Thank you.
I prefer completely effective myopia prevention, by using a plus lens for all close work, and going from 20/50, to 20/20 in about one year.
That would be your best program!!

I don't know but putting extreme add (+1.00 D) will decrease the kid's AOA in time. Before the Px hits 40 yrs. old, the Px reading add will probably double.
I've seen patients in their 50's and even 60's with low amount of hyperopia (

Never start wearing a minus lens.
