You misunderstood the event...it was an audition for a runway production, not a TV show, America's top model are the people doing the trainings and helping with shoots and such. The production provides you with alot of the tools for modeling, some training, experience, resume building with high profile names, comp cards, and face to face meetings with active agents representing companies, event productions are not cheap or free, these people are not agents, you don't pay an agent to represent you. It's not mandatory for models, but it can help speed up the long and expensive process of doing it all yourself, it gets you exposure and in front of these company agencies.

@thehernandezfam210 An agency or management company SHOULD NOT charge you for anything if they want to work with you. You SHOULD NOT be paying for auditions. This company sounds like John Robert Powers, an “agency” who got people to the facility on cattle calls, boasting about how great they are. They just needed a little more work and they offered classes and you pay, but the work never comes. You just continue to take classes that rack up in fees for the “agency”. This is an absolute scam if they are telling you in order to be a part of a production you have to pay. If it’s for a production like America’s next top model or anything like that, you are not going to take training classes so they can get you on the show. @anabundid, good for you for not taking the bait!
Well. I don’t know you personally, but it seemed to almost mock the profession… Using those descriptions doesn’t give the appearance you’re serious about it … but it also makes sense you were just doing it to try it out.

Hey I’m one of the models from Kentucky that got selected for the March production it does cost money but from everything I’ve seen and heard it seems like a great opportunity!

You didn't make it to the real audition! From the video we can see that you are not a model. Preview models is for models. Once you get to LA with Preview Models, you get the opportunities.
