Does it make a difference that right hand corners are pushing the exhaust and oil into the track and left hand corners do not. You can literally see it in the track
really great to see the "old" dogs Battle and Savoya again doing well at the Worlds. I am counting on Battle for the 60 min final where his race craft comes in for the long game.
It’s also about the unwillingness of the American drivers to travel over seas to race. They can’t adjust fast enough and it’s too bad because I believe they would be doing much better.
I have a theory the track grooves or looks grooved quicker on the spots where drivers accelerate hard, or where the exhaust is to the outside of the corner, as excess fuel comes out into the surface. So, even if the exhaust is on the inside of a part of track but they are accelerating, then there will be a black track. In the off power sections you can see less rubber, unless the exhaust is to the outside. Just a though why the left side of the track may have less rubber down, as more left hand corners, and only the jump spots have hard acceleration.
