Disgusting Bundaberg Regional Council

This is an unbelievable find of used syringes, Helen Blackburn w the Bundaberg regional council just pass it off and say they have river clean contractors.
WTF has that got to do with 300 needles in the bush, then Tom Smith says the usual crap about programs and stuff.
Neither choose to warn the public about the dangers of these needles, they have their shitty jobs and don't want to lose them.
They are as bad as the ones who dumped the needles.
