A favorite of mine. So much truth to this. Wish those in their 30s 40s and 50s could realize how to value life and true friends as they pass through those earlier years. You finally wake up one day to realize half your friends are gone...either through death or other situations.
So very true ! I was diagnosed with blood cancer a little over 2 years ago and I realized how precious life is ! It's the people you have around you that makes life so wonderful 💯 never take life for granted ! Because your health can change in the blink of an eye ! Be true to yourself and love one another ! I've sure been blessed with the ones I love 💕 and they have made my life so enjoyable !

When you Finally realize that the bottle has done far too much damage to your life, it's time to readjust your own self. Did so on 7/14/23. Alan has a disease that affects his nerves in legs and makes it hard to walk and stand. Because of this we probably won’t see him perform live very many more times. Saw him recently on an awards show doing a tribute to Jimmy Buffett and he had a little trouble keeping up with the words. He was not singing alone and I suspect that’s why. It’s a great loss to country music.
