Funny thing, since you have connected gauge manifold in back seat of angle valve, why de-pressurise by cracking nut? Just to spill oil all over? When you are going to use gland? It is mandatory to loosen gland nut before operating valve to increase life of lead inside.

When the chiller starts, first Oil pump work and build oil pressure, there is a non return valve on right side. It will block oil to oil separator when the oil pump works,. Once chiller start the pump will off and oil will pump with discharge pressure through the bypass line ( non return valve)

@@brucecrutchfield3473, 1) he operated angle valve without operating gland nut which may destroy lead inside gland nut causing leakage and leaving black stains on valve stem. 2) he de-pressurised isolated filter even though he had gauge manifold connected on backseat of angle valve spilling oil all over and leaving oil stains every where near by. 3) Doesn't look like he replaced '0' ring on internal filter cap. Looks like managed with old compressed ring.

That was a oil differential switch

Sir g mere site pe 30xa model ka carrier screw chiller hai. Isme bar bar low pressure alarm aa raha hai. Kya kru.
Did you check the pressure with a gauge?
