Hello Maam! I'm a Bengali & I love having Pork meat since I was young, however, I've cut down on the frequency of having it, since I'm about 39 years of age & I suffer of a heart condition, that prevents me from having too much of oily food or for that matter, Pork as it has a huge amount of fat along with meat. However, setting that aside, I would like to first appreciate your cooking & the sound of your voice, which is really very pleasant to hear. Further, I would say that apart from the choice of the whole spices dropped into the oil at the beginning, the way I always cook Pork is the same as yours. I actually didn't know that my way of cooking pork is identical to the Nepali style of cooking & that came out as a pleasant surprise for me. I've begun to appreciate Nepali food & Nepali people even more, as one of my future brother in law getting married to my younger cousin sister, is from a Nepali family, though his mother is a Bengali by origin. I extend all my love towards Nepal and may god bless you all!
