This has to be the greatest basic video of gear that exists. Incredibly organized and simple to understand. I love how you explained the basics of gearing the different types of champions. I don't know why I can't get it in my head that speed is so important. I feel like it takes away from other stats that a champion needs. But, I'm trying. Not giving up and this video helped so much! Thank you! And I'm also glad you went over the problem of having too much gear, as I currently am at. And you're right - there doesn't need to be 20+ weapons in Cruel set. :p
Glad it was helpful. I think the biggest reason speed is so important is it's the ONLY stat you can't get in the Great Hall Affinity Bonuses (IE, bonuses that are in all areas). But beyond that, if you champs don't take turns, they can't do their job. Gear is an ever evolving process. You'll learn as you continue to play, and I'm glad I could help you on your journey :)
One thing that helped me out during the mid into later game progression was rolling any epic/leggo peice with speed to 4, if it hit keep rolling. Then keeping all the triple and hopefully quad speed rolls regardless of set. Helped me get the account faster overall and made some tougher builds accessible
@@bront_catherder I would like an explanation on when tf I should open shards… I’m so confused 2xs is the best but then there is 25x. Progressive chance…when do I open shards for the best chance and best pulls?
The simple guidance is save your shards for 2X events early for voids and ancients (after your first week or so, pulling shards early can help progression a ton). Progressive/10x events are rates up on specific champs and not great otherwise unless you track your mercy. I could write a ton on this, but I think it'd be better suited for a discord discussion, something to talk about on Twitch, and maybe a tips for starters video I could make. Check out my twitch and discord links below, lots of helpful folks in both communities.

Yup when you find potentially great gear, it's always good to keep going.
Great video man thanks!
Glad you liked it, hope you found it helpful.

i normally hit sell all am i doing it right?
So you're saying all your gear is trash? I mean, I've seen your account, it's not entirely inaccurate ;)
You missed some steps. Click filter, select the bottom 3 gear slots, click primary stats, select hp, ark, def, then sell all 😀
