Mother actually had game 2 if they grabbed the reaper with rush instead of another gatekeeper. Kinda doesn't make sense against wargrey x to grab another gatekeeper because they always have additional checks and wargreyx pops gatekeeper easily

At 0:47 that searcher would cost 3 because already had a searcher on the field

Mother allows you to reduce the play cost of a d reaper card once per turn for each of its sources. Since it had 2 sources they can reduce the searcher by 2

They used the cost reduction effect to play it, since it was the only D-Reaper they played that turn.
