This writing (and playing) is really good! It's much more logical and avoids being musically devoid of melody. Probably my favorite book i've heard this year.

@dcidrummer2012 They're incredibly comfortable. They can be a bit hard on your feet after marching in em after a while though. Just from trying em out at practice in my high school line. Love em either way though.
@DaJmsta they use the name of the school in order to use the schools facilities for rehearsals and whatnot...The WGI ensemble has no other ties to the school other than the name. The fall line IS the school's line however, and they are really good as well. Plus...there really isn't any wealth in the Inland Empire of Southern California. Are they poor? no. But not rich.
@alexanderburton1 Its called "the Gift" what I got was that it was a soldier trapped in war. But I will have to talk to some of the dudes to see exactly what its about
@alexanderburton1 From what I can tell the show isn't specified about one war in particular, but more along the lines of the essence of war itself, and how it transforms those involved. The irony, though, is the people who have defended our country sacrifice their humanity to provide the gift of freedom to others - a gift they once possessed themselves - and how the plight of war drives them to do unspeakable acts against their fellow man.

Was already an RCC fan, but man, they stole my heart for good with those gears of war lines in the background
I saw RCC perform this yesterday, everything about this show was fantastic. One of my favorite shows ever
damn, i remember finding this video last year and screaming like an excited little girl. such a great show. lol
This is the best use of space I've heard a world class line use in at least 5 years. Killer beats.
