This is gorgeous!!! I love builds like these but always struggle so much with actually building them! 😅 As for the yoga area, I always place down regular yoga mats (where I'd think they'd be for a class) as well as the instructor mat! That way Sims will use those instead of trying to place down their own, which means you won't run into the issue of there not being enough space 😉
This community lot came out great MissSimReno! I really appreciate that you did a lot of research going into this in efforts to get an authentic result, all the while making this super cozy and inviting. Also, such a bummer on the yoga instructor area! The developers really should have made it a bit smaller for better ease of building.
OMG as soon as you put that platform in the tearoom I thought of the exact place you mentioned. I have never gasped so loud, I feel bad for my partner lol. No one ever mentions Vermont let alone a place right down the street from me. Those platformed seats were my favorite!!

If I may say it’s everything so pleasing to the eyes 🤩 that I’m between the outside or yoga studio or the bar or the karaoke space 😂😂
if you want the instructer mat to work you have to place your own student mats on it, they slot, hope this helps
