Caire Eclipse 5 air concentrator preventive maintenance packages. Beware I have called the company directly to get this Preventative Maintenance, no go, they say we have to go through Medical supply none in Ca. State which sells it 2,000. down the drain, out of my pocket to breathe for a machine, I can't use because I can't replace the filter. Contact Co. USA hoping I can find an out of state since Caire Inc. Doesn't sell direct. What Inc which make product doesn't sell direct? Why not inform the Public of this?
Olga, We appreciate you reaching out and bringing this frustration to our attention. Yes, the preventative maintenance package is for authorized repair technicians to perform on the Eclipse 5. This is done for a variety of reasons, with one of the main issues is invalidating the equipment warranty. You are correct we don’t sell direct to patients, and that we do work with home care providers and internet reseller partners. These companies are able to serve the oxygen user with an onsite clinician to assist with patient needs, and this allows us to focus on equipment innovations and serving our partners to better support their patients. Their customer service phone line is not customer service. Not helpful to simple questions. Their sales rep held the phone line open for 27 minutes; from what I assume was to eliminate me from leaving a bad customer review as prepped by an automated system prior to speaking with a human. 27 minutes later. The CSR finally released the call and I left a bad review.

I just spoke to the company. Their other video says call customer service for their questions. They are not helpful. They pretty much refused to answer simple questions. For example. How many hours before service is needed per their specs.
