No, I mean to say that when you was in 2nd year of NCC at that time you have attended RD and also got selected for YEP but due to covid your YEP camp delayed so they will send you in the 3rd year but this will be the decision of DGNCC & it may vary depends on the situation and time. But if you are thinking that in 3rd year you are selected for RD but you will not be eligible to attend YEP, understood or not?
