I've been using bamboo products for those paper items I still use, and I agree that they are soft, strong and very similar to traditional paper products. It has been over 2 years since I was last in a shop but back then the supermarkets were starting to stock a variety of bamboo alternatives too, I'm guessing that has increased since then.
Bamboo is 100x better then wood! I wish it was used rather then cutting down trees! Am glad companies like these are going plastic free as I’m trying to go zero waste and uneasily recycleable “bio plastic” isn’t what I want in a product
I love bamboo, but can you make a video about any possible downsides of bamboo, like if it needs to be transported from the other side of the world ect
We've been trying out bamboo TP for the last month or so. I recently picked up some bamboo q-tips as well. Next will be bamboo paper towels for things we can't use rags for. And maybe bamboo facial tissues too.
We love bamboo toilet paper in my family. It's so much stronger than traditional wood based TP. Sadly I don't always find it in my town. I will never buy bamboo napkins, tissues or paper towels but not for what you may think. I initially made the swap to save money in the long term. My family do not buy once use napkins/serviettes or paper towels as we use cloth only.
Good review. I would like to see a review on Hey Human personal care products such as deodorant which are sold at Target. Eco-friendly products need to be made more widely available.
I love bamboo tp. I find it way stronger and I use way less than with regular tree based tp. I need something septic safe and high quality. Now I need to make the switch for tissues and papertowels!
@@TheSimpleEnvironmentalist I guess that toilet paper made from bamboo is better alternative but I think that its important to emphasize that bamboo products not always recyclable and compostable.
Very cool! I hadn’t heard of this brand before. I have heard of what the crap, which has a bamboo line of toilet paper in addition to recycled paper line if I’m not mistaken. Have you looked into the difference between the two companies and other bamboo product brands? Is one better than the other?
I've been using lovely poo poo since I saw this video. I've had a couple customer service interactions that are making me question whether they are actually a US based company. I was wondering if you had any similar experiences working with them as a sponsor.
Thanks for the info! 😃👍🏻🧻👊🏻 ..... I've been hearing that hemp is going to be making a comeback and can be used for many products, such as paper, plastics, fabrics, concrete, and many other things.... Something to look out for.

never going back to tree-based paper!

Ooh thanks for posting! I'm excited to try this out!
i hope you enjoy! use the link in the description to shop :)

deodorant review comparing 5 or so brands is coming soon! maybe July or August :)
Is there much of a diffrence between Betterway bamboo toilet paper and this toilet paper?
i haven't reviewed every single brand so i'm not sure. they're all similar amongst the brands I HAVE tried

yes!! recycled is my preference but bamboo is still more eco than trees :)))))))))))))))))))))))))
This seems like my style!
they're awesome!
What about the process of turning the bamboo to paper? as I understand is involving with glue that turn the end product to not compostable.
is it?? i don't think so but i'm not overly familiar with it...i'd say tree based toilet paper is made the same so it's still better imo

right! not that you'd be recycling or composting toilet paper but i get your point :)

yup i know about WGAC. It's hard to say definitively which bamboo TP is the best

nothing that really stands out to me, but it was a while ago so I may be misremembering
Love ❤ that you liked every comment ❤️ 💕
ALWAYS!
Do they sell these in bulk for low cost? They need to get these in common grocery stores across the world. People buy what is accessible and low cost.
not sure but their website should tell you!
Bamboo is eco friendly then. We need to conserve the forests.
yes!
Curious how they compare in quality and price to who gives a crap tp!
i think they are quite comparable! not sure of price off the top of my head but you can google both. Quality is head to head though!
We currently don't have a lot of money, but when I start making money I'd like to get a few a month at least
yay!! do the best you can and I hope you don't beat yourself up too much :) we can only do what we can!
Not toxic?
nope I dont think so last time I Looked!
I thought tp was made of cotton. Dang
nope :( even then, cotton is SUPER water intensive so i hope you consider trying bamboo or recycled paper tp!
Theyre really expensive unfortunately 😭
oh no!! must've gone up. Check out some other bamboo and recycled options to weight your options :)
This is helpful ygsnkyou
of course!
