@@colyph676 They can work around that by making it like the fanmade Saitama vs God manga. Basically, God vaporises everyone on Earth except Saitama (And Genos + his professor). That way, he can still be a God-level threat while Saitama remained undefeated.
He has to be or people will be disappointed. They gave him a new form, hell they basically rewrote the whole fight, he has to be the strongest enemy Saitama ever fought.
I had a dream last night where Saitama and cosmic Garou were fighting. During the fight, Garou had inner dialogue that said that he wasn’t feeling tired and he couldn’t feel pain, meaning Saitama’s punches weren’t affecting him at all. They were probably moving a million times the speed of light. At some point they end up on the moon and they both clash their fist, with Saitama doing his serious punch. The punch shock waves throughout the universe, and Saitama actually felt it. Saitama then gets depressed because this is when he realized that he will never find a real opponent that can give him a real challenge, because right now he was probably fighting the strongest being in the universe, yet he still wasn’t excited. The probability of ever finding an opponent that even comes close to cosmic Garou is most likely zero. I’m not sure what happens after that but I think Garou loses.
Homeless emperor is the most fascinating to me because he is essentially the best example on how some random dude can become dragon lvl threat by getting a super small portion of god's power This is also an great example on how horrifyingly broken and overpowered the god figure in opm is Oh and if we talk about cosmic garou eventhow we for now don't have any feats from him I'm pretty sure he is gonna do some mindblowing things that will melt our minds I'm so hyped!!!
Cosmic Fear Mode Garou will almost certainly be stronger than Boros, but its still impressive that Boros is that high up despite being dead for so long.
You forgot Toroko, the only creature to ever damage Saitama! Appearing in a special episode of chapter 8, they are the only creature to ever damage Saitama, causing him to BLEED by scratching his face. (Honorable mention: the mosquito from episode 2 of the anime, the only creature Saitama was unable to kill, despite numerous attempts)
Boros's disaster level is unknown since he doesn't have a lot of screen time. But since Boros's final attack was so strong that even Saitama was aware that Boros's attack might destroy the entire planet until he realised that he needs to unleash a punch that is way stronger than any of his previous punches. With that being said, Boros is definitely a God level threat
Sage centipede should be higher than elder centipede, elder centipede and sage centipede's anatomy should be the same but the only difference is that sage centipede is more beefed.

I’m sorry but I completely disagree with Vampire being a dragon level threat. It was even officially stated in the manga he was demon. He may have struggled with zombieman but as we know it’s mainly due to his regeneration
Correct, but as a high Demon he managed to kill Zombieman about 200 times. Sure, he needs other monsters or humans for his regeneration, unlike Black S., but as his level you have the potential to become a dragon, or its not far to that level. Other demons were defeated relatively quickly and without much effort. Okay Zombieman is also less stong than other S-Class heroes (see Darkshine vs Bug God), but V. Blood's abilities are close to that of a low-or mid-dragon Monster.
@@Jason23448 I'm sorry but Zombieman is super weak in all areas other than endurance and durability. He literally said himself that he's not good at fighting. Even a normal threat demon can probably kill Zombieman multiple times over.
At that point on the history Garou was having problems with a bunch of rank A heroes ( i know he was injured and all but even so ) ... Boros would have just killed Garou by accident on the first 2 secconds and be like "bruh...". I know people like Garou, i like hin too but c'mon man be real... let's keep our foot on the ground.
I'd replace Elder Centipede with Bicep King. I think he showed greater feats such as destroying a city by simply backhanding the air, he seemed to move faster, and the only thing I think Elder Centipede would have over him is regeneration but I wonder if Elder had a similar weakness to Sage and the way Bicep King repeatedly punch Saitama when he was down leaving a crater I think that level of damage would finish off Elder Centipede.

It’s honestly so disappointing that we’ve only got 2 seasons of animation after 7 whole years. OPM is super popular but it would be up there with the likes of one piece, naruto etc despite it not being a shonen if we consistently got a new season of anime every 2 years at least. It feels like I’m the only one out of all the people ik that watch anime that truly sees the beauty in this series. It’s a comedic and action packed masterpiece
The problem is that OPM has to be adapter twice instead of only once. Since it's a webcomic instead of a Manga it has to first be adapted into a Manga and only after that could you adapt it into an anime. Also Murata is an astonishing artist and animating anything with hos artstyle is a challange.

Saitama did not use a Serious Punch against Elder Centipede because it was needed or over frustration, it was because King asked him to be serious, and as a sign of respect to King he got serious
I thought the reason was because without serious punch Elder Centipedes corpse would have caused serious damage to the city. With serious punch his corpse mostly disintigrated.

boros as mentioned was not declared as a threat his blast in metioric form was enough to destroy earth and murata says dragon level threat (i think that was too the ship as it destroyed the city not actually boros) i would like to see all S class heros vs boros
aside from the ones mentioned in the video, these monsters :- pheonix man hell fire and gale wind sage centipede marugori(the huge giant body builder) groribas, geryuganshoop, melzargard can easily replace the vampire guy for sure... zombieman is the weakest s class in terms of power and he killed the vamp because he was a bad match for him. Pheonix man's final form was really really overpowered, hell fire and gale wind were too fast for anyone except flash(and of course saitama), sage centipede was definitely stronger than anyone except psychorochi and garou, marugori the huge ass giant created by his brother's experiment wiped a whole city in one sweep of an arm. He is easily a dragon level monster. The last three from boros's crew were really strong and im sure they could defeat vamp easily. My ranking goes like: 1) Boros 2) garou 3) psychorochi 4) evil natural ocean 5)sage centipede 6) platinum S 7) homeless emperor 8)marugori 9) rover or elder centipede 10) pheonix man, geryuganshoop or melzegard or hell fire and gale wind

Homeless E. is his own biggest weakness? Yes, but it must also be said that without transformation, unlike Black S. and Ugly/Gums, he could still keep up with them at least with his attacks, see him vs Ugly/Gums. Normal Human or not, he had really good reflexes, that helped him in defense(blocking Zombieman's bullet from short distance). Also he was only deafeted cause he was surprised from the ground. Other than that, its hard to get to him. Also he can spam energy balls all the time without losing energy and can use it in different variations e.g. vs Tatsumaki or vs the sword masters. Black S for example also had a weakness, cause he couldn,t split/regenerate when you just smash his brain instead of splitting him and at some point his limit is reached and he loses control over himself and his clones. Hmm, Black S and Ugly are quite similar. Both come back stronger and stronger every time they receive mental damage. Ah, and Golden S don't helped Homeless E. for his" Luck".Homeless E. had helped Golden S vs F.Ugly, and both formed more or less a team. No Phoenix Man? Nevermind, nice Work :)
The creator of this video makes it sound like Japan is tough on homeless people, it's actually the opposite - they have incredibly strong and robust social welfare programs that help homeless people out, give them jobs, etc. The majority of homeless people in Japan are severely mentally ill who prefer to remain homeless.
"We're gonna judge by how long they could or have survived against Saitama". A pretty lazy, flawed and short sighted way to do it in my opinion. In some cases Saitama might have intentionally dragged out fights simply because he was bored and wanted to make it more interesting for himself or see what else the monster has to offer, while in others he ends in instantly out of annoyance or because he doesn't have time to fiddle around. In a show where we know that if Saitama put everything he has into every punch every one would survive just as long, one punch, it's silly to use their surivial length as a measure of their strength. You should have used their known feats in general, fights vs other heroes and monsters, speculation and hearsay in some cases where we don't have a lot of info if need be and then used their performance vs Saitama as an additional measure, not the defining one.

the only reason i think boros is stronger than garou is bc boros's attacks are way more devastating besides that their speed and strength are about the same so that means boros is ahead due to the fact that his ranged attacks can "blast the planet to hell" where as garou( as far as i know) is limited to physical attacks which boros can already do
@@izaykayma9258 the ranged attacks are definitely an advantage and ,with CSRC, boros most likely takes the power advantage all together. However, when garou fought platinum S, he was shown to be going far faster than light (I’ve seen people calc it to 400 times faster than light but even I think that’s a bit of a stretch) which is already around or faster than boros’s speed. Now considering that garou has gotten far more powerful since then and throughout the series his speed and power seem to increase hand in hand, I think it’s pretty safe to assume that garou is faster than boros by quite a margin. But that’s not all, garou has perfected a martial art that is made up of around a dozen other martial arts. One of which is able to counter and redirect power back at the opponent which is a major advantage in itself. I think Boros still had the power advantage and he has better regen/ranged attacks. But in my honest opinion, garou is just too fast, too skilled, and adapts too fast for boros to take him. That is, if the fight is bloodlusted of course. If it isn’t, garou’s cockiness might leave a few chances for boros to get some licks in and maybe even activate CSRC but frankly this is only if garou is at his absolute dumbest. Damn I write a lot lmao.
@@Chuckkills i think garou is shown to regen just as fast if not faster with the shattered arm than boros, plus he can tank hits much better than boros without getting body parts destroyed. garou in his gargoyle form beats boros in speed, strength, resistance, regen and technique, the only thing boros has going for him is is ranged energy attacks, but even then we saw garou use his 2 extra arms to shoot energy out to propel himself and saitama into the volcano and actually damage the earth itself, something boros didnt/couldnt do. even before cosmic fear mode, garou was stronger than boros in his gargoyle form.
Boros is insane, and people who think Garou surpassed him aren’t rly taking his feats properly into consideration. However I’m a bit disappointed that Cosmic Garou will most likely be the one who will finally take his title of strongest monster, since Garou’s strongest form was already so close to surpassing him.
While I personally believe boros has more power output. I’d still argue garou would ultimately win due to his immense speed and skill advantage. It could really go either way tho depending on how each of them play it.
@@Chuckkills I'm not so sure about that, I do agree that Garou is possibly a more skillful fighter with his martial arts, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a speed advantage on Boros. Keep in mind that fight we see in the anime with Boros is slowed down for our perspective. Garou is estimated to be just below light speed, whilst Boros is above it (assuming you highball both characters). Ironically, I do believe Garou has the strength advantage however, as Boros kicking Saitama to the moon is equal to roughly 12 Modern Tzar Atomic bombs (or 6 old Tzar Bombs), whilst Garou's earthquake thing where he punches Saitama into the ground is a bit (though not by a lot) stronger. So Garou has a slight strength and large skill advantage, while Boros has the durability and speed advantage. I would give Boros the edge here due to his Collapsing Star roaring Cannon then and other ranged attacks, though it's inarguably close and you could make an argument for either character here.
@@emixam6947 You make a good argument, very well layed out. However I must say that garou can be calced to being above lightspeed. In his fight with platinum S the amount of distance and turning points he made in that short of a time frame put him well above the speed of light (I’ve seen people get him to 400 times lightspeed but even as a garou fan that seems like a stretch). And keep in mind that his speed has only grown since then (how much? We don’t know but it’s implied to be alot due to how his increase in speed and strength seem to come hand in hand throughout the series). But what imo really gives garou the edge here is that, even if boros outclasses him initially, he can continue to adapt and surpass him. That and his martial arts make a great couter to any speed and power he has over him (there’s definitely a cut off point to this, but it requires a huge gap that doesn’t seem to be there anymore). However, with respect to boros, you’re right when you say CSRC could give him the win as it seems to be more powerful. Plus, boros’s regen is stronger than anything garou’s ever shown so there’s another advantage. If this fight is in character, I’d say boros could get a few wins. Remember when garou stood in the way of that shack and deflected all of the bullets instead of just moving to another position to spare the shack entirely? It’s implied he did that to test if he could do it or not (of course it was also to save tareo but, like I said, he could’ve just moved to a different position and tareo would’ve been fine). So if boros activates the attack, it’s likely garou will allow him to complete it and take it’s full force (there’s a small chance garou will be able to deflect it as it is shown that bang is able to deflect energy with martial arts and garou has far surpassed him in that area. However, I’d still say he’s most likely screwed if it hits him regardless). But sadly, if this fight is bloodlusted, I don’t think boros can really do much. To me, garou seems to have too much of a speed/skill advantage for boros to get any of his special moves off and will likely be able to overwhelm his regeneration before boros is able to counter. Boros is a bad ass. He was the only one who could ever truly sympathise with saitama, he held the title of second strongest character for years, and when he got defeated he accepted it without a complaint. But, to me at least, it seems that he has been surpassed. Back to you, good sir. And holy crap, I just realised how much I wrote lmao.

Current list: 1. Cosmic Garou. Basically just the OPM version of Perfect Cell, the only guy who could fight evenly with Serious Saitama (if only for a while). 2. Boros. Dude almost vaporized the planet. 3. Platinum Sperm. The only one that could fight against Awakened Garou on even footing. 4. Psyrochi. She was almost matched to Tatsumaki , though she did need to use some underhanded tactics and Tatsumaki was at a situational disadvantage. 5. Sage Centipede. Awakened Garou beat him without too much difficulty, but he was clearly a huge threat. 6. Evil Ocean. Same threat level as Sage Centipede, not as smart. 7. Beefcake. Other than the top two, no one else has faced a killing intent Saitama and not exploded into a million pieces from a normal punch. 8. Golden Sperm. Awakened Garou obliterated him instantly in the webcomic. Is stated by ONE to be equal to Orochi. 9. Orochi. Equal to Golden Sperm, but not nearly as fast. 10. Vaccine Man. Literally just a much stronger Homeless Emperor. Honorable mention 1: Pluton. Only one feat and that’s trampling over several cities. Honorable mention 2: Amai Mask. Easily crushed a monster that was deep into dragon level. Full power is unknown. Honorable mention 3: Pre-Retcon Phoenix Man. Could in theory resurrect himself an unlimited number of times and grow so strong that not even Saitama could beat him. Buuuut that ability was nerfed in a redraw.
Really don't know why Pureblood is included on this list, while numerous high dragons like Carnage Kabuto and Phoenix Man are not included. Also don't get why Gouketsu getting killed off screen is a reason to exclude him as he still is one of the stronger cadres. But still a pretty good list tho :)

@@tomoe8144 Sage is probably not in this list, cause we have seen more of Elder C. and the stats (except for the strength) are somewhere similar. Sage is definitely stronger, but he was only there for a short time to push Garou. But at least Sage was mentioned when he talked about Elder C.

By this point monster Garou is definitely stronger than Boros. Consecutive normal punches literally pasted Boros while they did nothing to Garou. It took all of Boros energy to do what Garou was about to do with just the shockwave of his extreme power attack.

I had a dream last night where Saitama and cosmic Garou were fighting. During the fight, Garou had inner dialogue that said that he wasn’t feeling tired and he couldn’t feel pain, meaning Saitama’s punches weren’t affecting him at all. They were probably moving a million times the speed of light. At some point they end up on the moon and they both clash their fist, with Saitama doing his serious punch. The punch shock waves throughout the universe, and Saitama actually felt it. Saitama then gets depressed because this is when he realized that he will never find a real opponent that can give him a real challenge, because right now he was probably fighting the strongest being in the universe, yet he still wasn’t excited. The probability of ever finding an opponent that even comes close to cosmic Garou is most likely zero. I’m not sure what happens after that but I think Garou loses.

But since Boros's final attack was so strong that even Saitama was aware that Boros's attack might destroy the entire planet until he realised that he needs to unleash a punch that is way stronger than any of his previous punches. With that being said, Boros is definitely a God level threat

I’m sorry but I completely disagree with Vampire being a dragon level threat. It was even officially stated in the manga he was demon. He may have struggled with zombieman but as we know it’s mainly due to his regeneration
Correct, but as a high Demon he managed to kill Zombieman about 200 times. Sure, he needs other monsters or humans for his regeneration, unlike Black S., but as his level you have the potential to become a dragon, or its not far to that level. Other demons were defeated relatively quickly and without much effort. Okay Zombieman is also less stong than other S-Class heroes (see Darkshine vs Bug God), but V. Blood's abilities are close to that of a
low-or mid-dragon Monster.

I think he showed greater feats such as destroying a city by simply backhanding the air, he seemed to move faster, and the only thing I think Elder Centipede would have over him is regeneration but I wonder if Elder had a similar weakness to Sage and the way Bicep King repeatedly punch Saitama when he was down leaving a crater I think that level of damage would finish off Elder Centipede.

It’s honestly so disappointing that we’ve only got 2 seasons of animation after 7 whole years. OPM is super popular but it would be up there with the likes of one piece, naruto etc despite it not being a shonen if we consistently got a new season of anime every 2 years at least. It feels like I’m the only one out of all the people ik that watch anime that truly sees the beauty in this series. It’s a comedic and action packed masterpiece
The problem is that OPM has to be adapter twice instead of only once.
Since it's a webcomic instead of a Manga it has to first be adapted into a Manga and only after that could you adapt it into an anime.
Also Murata is an astonishing artist and animating anything with hos artstyle is a challange.

The thought of a man seriously fighting a giant centipede monster with a bat is just good stuff
Homeless E. is his own biggest weakness? Yes, but it must also be said that without transformation, unlike Black S. and Ugly/Gums, he could still keep up with them at least with his attacks, see him vs Ugly/Gums. Normal Human or not, he had really good reflexes, that helped him in defense(blocking Zombieman's bullet from short distance). Also he was only deafeted cause he was surprised from the ground. Other than that, its hard to get to him. Also he can spam energy balls all the time without losing energy and can use it in different variations e.g. vs Tatsumaki or vs the sword masters.
Black S for example also had a weakness, cause he couldn,t split/regenerate when you just smash his brain instead of splitting him and at some point his limit is reached and he loses control over himself and his clones.
Hmm, Black S and Ugly are quite similar. Both come back stronger and stronger every time they receive mental damage.
Ah, and Golden S don't helped Homeless E. for his" Luck".Homeless E. had helped Golden S vs F.Ugly, and both formed more or less a team.

A pretty lazy, flawed and short sighted way to do it in my opinion. In some cases Saitama might have intentionally dragged out fights simply because he was bored and wanted to make it more interesting for himself or see what else the monster has to offer, while in others he ends in instantly out of annoyance or because he doesn't have time to fiddle around. In a show where we know that if Saitama put everything he has into every punch every one would survive just as long, one punch, it's silly to use their surivial length as a measure of their strength. You should have used their known feats in general, fights vs other heroes and monsters, speculation and hearsay in some cases where we don't have a lot of info if need be and then used their performance vs Saitama as an additional measure, not the defining one.

the only reason i think boros is stronger than garou is bc boros's attacks are way more devastating besides that their speed and strength are about the same so that means boros is ahead due to the fact that his ranged attacks can "blast the planet to hell" where as garou( as far as i know) is limited to physical attacks which boros can already do
@@izaykayma9258 the ranged attacks are definitely an advantage and ,with CSRC, boros most likely takes the power advantage all together. However, when garou fought platinum S, he was shown to be going far faster than light (I’ve seen people calc it to 400 times faster than light but even I think that’s a bit of a stretch) which is already around or faster than boros’s speed. Now considering that garou has gotten far more powerful since then and throughout the series his speed and power seem to increase hand in hand, I think it’s pretty safe to assume that garou is faster than boros by quite a margin. But that’s not all, garou has perfected a martial art that is made up of around a dozen other martial arts. One of which is able to counter and redirect power back at the opponent which is a major advantage in itself. I think Boros still had the power advantage and he has better regen/ranged attacks. But in my honest opinion, garou is just too fast, too skilled, and adapts too fast for boros to take him. That is, if the fight is bloodlusted of course. If it isn’t, garou’s cockiness might leave a few chances for boros to get some licks in and maybe even activate CSRC but frankly this is only if garou is at his absolute dumbest. Damn I write a lot lmao.
@@Chuckkills i think garou is shown to regen just as fast if not faster with the shattered arm than boros, plus he can tank hits much better than boros without getting body parts destroyed. garou in his gargoyle form beats boros in speed, strength, resistance, regen and technique, the only thing boros has going for him is is ranged energy attacks, but even then we saw garou use his 2 extra arms to shoot energy out to propel himself and saitama into the volcano and actually damage the earth itself, something boros didnt/couldnt do. even before cosmic fear mode, garou was stronger than boros in his gargoyle form.

Boros is insane, and people who think Garou surpassed him aren’t rly taking his feats properly into consideration. However I’m a bit disappointed that Cosmic Garou will most likely be the one who will finally take his title of strongest monster, since Garou’s strongest form was already so close to surpassing him.
While I personally believe boros has more power output. I’d still argue garou would ultimately win due to his immense speed and skill advantage. It could really go either way tho depending on how each of them play it.
@@Chuckkills I'm not so sure about that, I do agree that Garou is possibly a more skillful fighter with his martial arts, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a speed advantage on Boros. Keep in mind that fight we see in the anime with Boros is slowed down for our perspective. Garou is estimated to be just below light speed, whilst Boros is above it (assuming you highball both characters). Ironically, I do believe Garou has the strength advantage however, as Boros kicking Saitama to the moon is equal to roughly 12 Modern Tzar Atomic bombs (or 6 old Tzar Bombs), whilst Garou's earthquake thing where he punches Saitama into the ground is a bit (though not by a lot) stronger. So Garou has a slight strength and large skill advantage, while Boros has the durability and speed advantage. I would give Boros the edge here due to his Collapsing Star roaring Cannon then and other ranged attacks, though it's inarguably close and you could make an argument for either character here.

In his fight with platinum S the amount of distance and turning points he made in that short of a time frame put him well above the speed of light (I’ve seen people get him to 400 times lightspeed but even as a garou fan that seems like a stretch). And keep in mind that his speed has only grown since then (how much? We don’t know but it’s implied to be alot due to how his increase in speed and strength seem to come hand in hand throughout the series). But what imo really gives garou the edge here is that, even if boros outclasses him initially, he can continue to adapt and surpass him. That and his martial arts make a great couter to any speed and power he has over him (there’s definitely a cut off point to this, but it requires a huge gap that doesn’t seem to be there anymore). However, with respect to boros, you’re right when you say CSRC could give him the win as it seems to be more powerful. Plus, boros’s regen is stronger than anything garou’s ever shown so there’s another advantage. If this fight is in character, I’d say boros could get a few wins. Remember when garou stood in the way of that shack and deflected all of the bullets instead of just moving to another position to spare the shack entirely? It’s implied he did that to test if he could do it or not (of course it was also to save tareo but, like I said, he could’ve just moved to a different position and tareo would’ve been fine). So if boros activates the attack, it’s likely garou will allow him to complete it and take it’s full force (there’s a small chance garou will be able to deflect it as it is shown that bang is able to deflect energy with martial arts and garou has far surpassed him in that area. However, I’d still say he’s most likely screwed if it hits him regardless). But sadly, if this fight is bloodlusted, I don’t think boros can really do much. To me, garou seems to have too much of a speed/skill advantage for boros to get any of his special moves off and will likely be able to overwhelm his regeneration before boros is able to counter. Boros is a bad ass. He was the only one who could ever truly sympathise with saitama, he held the title of second strongest character for years, and when he got defeated he accepted it without a complaint. But, to me at least, it seems that he has been surpassed. Back to you, good sir.

1. Cosmic Garou. Basically just the OPM version of Perfect Cell, the only guy who could fight evenly with Serious Saitama (if only for a while).
2. Boros. Dude almost vaporized the planet.
3. Platinum Sperm. The only one that could fight against Awakened Garou on even footing.
4. Psyrochi. She was almost matched to Tatsumaki , though she did need to use some underhanded tactics and Tatsumaki was at a situational disadvantage.
5. Sage Centipede. Awakened Garou beat him without too much difficulty, but he was clearly a huge threat.
6. Evil Ocean. Same threat level as Sage Centipede, not as smart.

9. Orochi. Equal to Golden Sperm, but not nearly as fast.
10. Vaccine Man. Literally just a much stronger Homeless Emperor.
Honorable mention 1: Pluton. Only one feat and that’s trampling over several cities.
Honorable mention 2: Amai Mask. Easily crushed a monster that was deep into dragon level. Full power is unknown.
Honorable mention 3: Pre-Retcon Phoenix Man. Could in theory resurrect himself an unlimited number of times and grow so strong that not even Saitama could beat him. Buuuut that ability was nerfed in a redraw.
Really don't know why Pureblood is included on this list, while numerous high dragons like Carnage Kabuto and Phoenix Man are not included. Also don't get why Gouketsu getting killed off screen is a reason to exclude him as he still is one of the stronger cadres. But still a pretty good list tho :)
I think we are missing PhoenixMan being so overpowered that the potential it had was so great

@@tomoe8144 Sage is probably not in this list, cause we have seen more of Elder C. and the stats (except for the strength) are somewhere similar. Sage is definitely stronger, but he was only there for a short time to push Garou. But at least Sage was mentioned when he talked about Elder C.

Consecutive normal punches literally pasted Boros while they did nothing to Garou.
It took all of Boros energy to do what Garou was about to do with just the shockwave of his extreme power attack.

You can see the difference between Garou and Boros where Boros wasn’t able to tank a consecutive normal punches with one hand while Garou was able to do so with two hands not just that the massive speed advantage Garou has and has a better attack feat as well so just monsterfied Garou destroys Boros but Cosmic fear mode Garou is just to one sided even before this transformation Power is massively to Garou and Speed is even more massive gap Cosmic Garou is definitely number 3 in the verse behind God and Saitama.
