@Elmapuddy... i get worse and worse in CS the more i play or inform, watch demos and actually try to play better. I dropped from a rather good team/leagueplayer to a guy that cant even drop 10 RWS in ESEA Rank B? Aim gets worse and worse, i get fucked all the time from timing pushes and my confidence goes down below. In the past i was inconsistent with high peak performance and good clutch potential now im consistently shit with mediocre performance? I try to play for the win instead of kills but my mates are often taking decisions i cant follow which pressure me into holding things i dont want to. Dont know how to fix it.

you should be an analyst at the major or some other event
You can't go straight from TH-cam to an analyst at a major. He does coach order though so he definitely is getting experience under his belt.
