A simple matter of Consumer Complaint by a dissatisfied customer against a used car vendor would have helped. However, conducting media trials for or against anyone may not be a good approach. Think what happened to Riya Chakraborty case, she is out on bail and now no one is speaking a word about that matter. But earlier, it was a daily story in all news channels. Both parties should resort to legal remedies and get the matter sorted out, evidence be presented before the court, as decision can be taken only by court.....
There is fair possibility of delay due to Covid-19 lockdown. I am in favour of the customer and hope that the technical issue is solved peacefully by addressing the real issue. This is really a sad situation for the customer. In case of fraud, company loses business and so I am hopeful that Kunj Motors will not be rigid. They can allocate a 3rd party who can talk on their behalf keeping customer's problem as the top priority to solve honestly. Legal options are open but solving the issue peacefully is the only thing that matters. I am really worried about the guy who bought the car and is very unhappy. A proper discussion is highly required to solve this issue. Online chats cannot solve this. This issue has damaged our trust in buying secondhand luxury cars. It's clearly mentioned in the bill that the said amount is towards Labour and service charges. Its quite common in dealerships across the country when one takes his vehicle for general inspection or some non-consumable service job. It will be difficult for anyone to prove it as a fraudulent transaction.

I am hopeful that they will try to address the core issue and provide full technical support. If Kunj Motor fails to solve the technical issues of that car, it will affect their business. There is no escape from that. I don't agree with buyback at the same problem. Wiring issues, engine starting problems even if it is related to the bad quality of the engine of the car, it must be solved by Kunj Motor. They both can share the cost as per mutual consent &/or based on the warranties provided.

Customer comes first in any business and this issue is badly damaging Kunj Motors future business. Winning this situation is not important. Important thing is to try and understand why the customer is so confused regarding engine start issue. Talk to them nicely, forget all what is there on TH-cam. All is well if the end is well. You don't have to take the car back as this is not acceptable. If there is any real issue, kindly take help of authorised service centre people, do the needful with proper paperwork. Let the technical person write a statement for the engine start issue and show that to the customer and also show this on TH-cam. Sometimes, we compromise in life to improve our business. Help them in solving the technical issue with best possible solution, nothing else you can do.

I Am still not clear on following 1. You sold on 17th March and lock down happened on 21st so you could have RC done 2. He had this battery issue from day one so no issues of Rat 3. Why was MCMR vidio removed 4. Why did it take you till 25 nov for RC when things had opened up in June . 5 why was car scanned on 17th March at ring road Honda and they told you the fault . 6 if it was a mistake why are you charging 30% Dep for buy back . When you knew there was a lock down from 21st March . 7. To avoid all this you being a big business man could have bought back and closed the issues . The result is I and my friends and family though in Dwarka , will not be a customer any more as you have left a doubt in our minds . I think the dealer and customer are both at fault. The dealer for potentially hiding critical information from the customer and not premptively fixing an issue. While the customer for not doing DUE diligence before buying. While buying used, it is imperative to ask about service records, even get the car inspected at the company service station. I understand that not every customer can have the technical know how to determine the intrinsic value of the car. But if you're not aware as a customer, the seller/dealer/retailer will screw you and it's not on them.

One can verify from Honda service center if this car visited for any claimed malfunction before selling, if yes then dealer should be held responsible otherwise not as no one can predict what's gonna get wrong in them ..as this car belongs to Atlas group, I am assuming it must have always visited Honda service centers.. Service records should be checked .

When a buyers buy a vehicle he has spent all his savings and he/she does not have any option but to listen to the seller. This is how the seller has a upper hand. If the seller is reputed he would have said I can take back the vehicle and after certain number of days or number of kms if you have any problem with the vehicle and return the complete money... Reputation does not come by having a large office it comes how you teat your customers...
I have bought 2-3 cars from Kunj motors and recommend to my friends also. I have never faced any kind of issue here.I am really happy with their service. Don't want to comment on this topic but this is my personal experience.

The invoice they showed has no work done mention on it. How is that possible?? For what they were charged 2705/-. Seems fishy.

You don't have to take the car back as this is not acceptable. If there is any real issue, kindly take help of authorised service centre people, do the needful with proper paperwork. Let the technical person write a statement for the engine start issue and show that to the customer and also show this on TH-cam.

I Am still not clear on following
1. You sold on 17th March and lock down happened on 21st so you could have RC done
2. He had this battery issue from day one so no issues of Rat
3. Why was MCMR vidio removed
4. Why did it take you till 25 nov for RC when things had opened up in June .
5 why was car scanned on 17th March at ring road Honda and they told you the fault .
6 if it was a mistake why are you charging 30% Dep for buy back . When you knew there was a lock down from 21st March .
7. To avoid all this you being a big business man could have bought back and closed the issues .
The result is I and my friends and family though in Dwarka , will not be a customer any more as you have left a doubt in our minds .

I think the dealer and customer are both at fault. The dealer for potentially hiding critical information from the customer and not premptively fixing an issue. While the customer for not doing DUE diligence before buying. While buying used, it is imperative to ask about service records, even get the car inspected at the company service station. I understand that not every customer can have the technical know how to determine the intrinsic value of the car. But if you're not aware as a customer, the seller/dealer/retailer will screw you and it's not on them.

When a buyers buy a vehicle he has spent all his savings and he/she does not have any option but to listen to the seller. This is how the seller has a upper hand. If the seller is reputed he would have said I can take back the vehicle and after certain number of days or number of kms if you have any problem with the vehicle and return the complete money... Reputation does not come by having a large office it comes how you teat your customers...

I have bought 2-3 cars from Kunj motors and recommend to my friends also. I have never faced any kind of issue here.I am really happy with their service. Don't want to comment on this topic but this is my personal experience.
