I bought some stuff from Weee that wasn't available at the local Asian grocery store. I live near a Taiwanese, Japanese, and two different Korean grocery stores. I found weee has some cheaper prices for some things and some great availability on fruits that are not available in store.
I got wee delivery expecting today and the delivery is suoer late on the delivery window.. this is unacceptable.. i waited the whole day.. and still they havent arrive and the delivery window keeps moving later by the day... im disappointed.
Website is Fraud they claim to give you 20 off ur first two orders than only provide 10 and make a stupid excuse on why they cant give you the rest never provide . Customer service is sooo unhelpful it’s ridiculous!
So sorry to hear about your experience! I’ve only had to request refund once in the past and their customer service team was relatively quick with that. Curious to hear what they said about only providing $10 instead of $20.

I was disappointed with the company because I also was delivered an expired item which they refused to refund even though I showed them images of the expired date on the box. It was just too much for my first experience.
I believe it depends on the region/city you’re in. For Chicago, delivery is free if you purchase over $35 worth of products. Otherwise it’s $5 flat fee for delivery. I remember Seattle’s minimum purchase amount for free delivery was ~$50 so it does varies by city. I recommend checking out the app to see what your minimum purchase is for free delivery :-)
I entered weee! Looking at the number of products by region and country, it is really small! Speaking of products, there is no special appeal in terms of the number of items and the price. Especially for vegetables, the quality is terrible. Fresh food and meat are not so good either. You can buy daily necessities at better prices at Korean supermarkets and Daiso. Speaking of Asians, if you go to Korea, China, or a supermarket, you don't have to enter weee. Overall, the annual membership fee is $ 99, and the delivery tip is not very attractive! It's very different from this video.
