I really love the soap opera. Although I am here in Canada. I just want to give you the thanks for putting the videos on you tube, If it wasn't for you I would have never discovered this program and what is more, I would have never enjoy about these story lines. So LukeVanFan. I really appreciate the time you spend doing this.
Thanks Andy! Even though I saw it yesterday as it aired, I wanted to see it again; especially for the part where they tell Lily and Holden. I love how supportive they are of the boys--it's a great role model for other families.

When Luke was talking about the first night in the new apartment i doubt they'll be thinking "This is all ours!" I doubt they'll be thinking about that much at all ;P omg i've turned into such a perv. XD
I have to agree. I had said some time before that once Luke got back to the issues was so much he and Noah could do together. The fact that Lilly and Holden are supportive is great. And Gay housing is a great place to start. And while some thought this ep was rushed, in the context of the storyline - it fit perfectly. Set's up Damian's coming back (when Noah asks), gets the boy into an apartment (where I am sure we while see more intimate scenes) and makes sense.
Thin crust pizza all the way!! LOL As soon as they went off together I had a feeling the roommate was going to walk in on them. I could just feel it! I love how they are dropping hints at Damian's return.
And there is a way to get around this. I once rented fro me and my lover. Ran up against the same problem - so we rented a two bedroom. Turned the second bedroom into a den. While it SHOULDN'T have to happen that way, at times you find a work around. And the cost of adding a sending bedroom is usually only 35-100 bucks depending on location.
Tyler came in out of nowhere but he is one good looking man lol! Mr. Reese is a stupid jackass! I love Luke and Noah. They are so freaking adorable and they are just filled with amazingness :)

I love how that guy randomly pops up at a convenient moment, knowing exactly what has happened, and then disappears, (sadly) never to be seem again! I really love that they named him TYLER
All you have to do is find a straight couple who will pretend their interested in the apartment. When he tells them it's available and voila! You have your proof.
the landlord is sucks.... im so excited if they moving together its a new journey to their life and a trial for their love like a normal couple,jake & van is so adorable this two guy is a great actor,they make their roles realistic and carried away the viewers (like me)lol this soap so addicted after 4 days i finish till the 284 episode,i sleep late just to watch it ahahaahah thanks for posting i wait for next episode

Last of all, gotta love the "subtle" Damien references about his problems with Luke and if he has any say in where the money goes. Foreshadowing anyone?

thank you andy ! i have been waiting for someone to clue in and remind the other nuke fans that this is a fucking soap opera! (excuse the language but this is a touchy subject :P) if the characters can get into trouble, THEY WILL. so people who are bothered by luke maybe you should only watch the show when things are good and not comment on any other videos.
And here's a solution. As Lucinda said, "Luke you have a lot of money" As Luke said when he confronted Brian "and you know that my mother is part owner of this ..." And since Lilly has now taken over admin - why can't she set the boys up in a :"apartment" at the Lake - charge it against the foundation as expenses. And while Noah said he wanted their place to be their own ... then Lilly charge them BOTH rent.
That landlord doesn't know how lucky he was! He was going to have a hott gay couple for tenants! Gosh, if they stopped by one day, knocked at my door and asked to see one of my apartments I'd be all jumpy and happy! I've got a one bedroom available if they're interested! lol
And let's be real about a few things. He's Luke Synder with a trust fund (set up by Lilly and Holden) and a well funded foundation. His credit rating has to be through the roof (as presented by ATWT). That being said, he could pretty much do WHATEVER he wants if he chooses. Instead, Luke chooses to take a more humble, level-headed approach. But with Noah at his side, just like Holden said to Lily "you can do anything" makes them special.
Moving in together, oh i will Love that, Noah is like, Luke you are my Love and i want you with me all the time, aww how sweet of him, so hopefully the next step will be a proposal, my favorite couple, I Love them.

And since Tyler mentioned a BF, not hard for him to figure out what Luke/Noah were talking about concerning the apartment.
can they bring out those lanyard key rings Faith and Natalie made them at summer camp that they kept talking about using for when they got their own place!!!! (wonder if props still has those laying around somewhere!?)
Of course, the fact that they're so happy means they so so very doomed. The happier the characters get, the bigger the storm on the horizon becomes. Of course, I'm a Joss Whedon fan - incredible happiness always comes right before the bullet through the window in that universe, so that may be skewing my opinion.
