Best era of the best racing series EVER. Those races were sooo much fun!! The only other thing as good as this was the BTCC (British Touring Cars Championship) - also at the end of the 90s - as well as Moto GP.

Wow...from the perspective of the ugly, dystopian nightmare that is 2024, looking back at this great racing at Laguna Seca, with the great Danny Sullivan on the broadcast team, and even a little Sosa history from Wrigley, it's hard to imagine such a wonderful, innocent, normal, and decent time, just 24 years ago, ever even existed. It seems literally impossible. It we didn't have proof such as this to confirm it, I think we'd start to doubt even our own memories of it...

A bit of an echo going on there on the audio track, as well as tracking problems. The video quality isn't great either, for 1998. Strange.
they always talk about fuel consumption but what about Track Temps!.. I race in sim racing and i pay attention on what the track temp is doing!
