I suffer from hyperpigmentation and I don't appreciate people saying things like "she's trying to be lighter and change her color" it's not any of that, we just want our skin to be evenly colored and I am very much insecure about my hyperpigmentation!

Akeya Johnson before trying an skin evening routine, you may want to go to the doc for blood tests. Could be pre diabetes or some type of thyroid/ lymph node disorder... not to scare you but I do know ppl that has happened to. So just get checked out to make sure everything is ok
I'm so happy to know I'm not the only one with this hyperpigmentation problem. It's crazy honestly! My nuckles, elbows, and and knees are about 10 shades darker than my actual skin color. I think it's due to being so sun-active throughout my childhood.

I've been using this for approximately two weeks. 1. I am dark skinned. 2. I want to remain dark, but I want an even tone. I have hyper pigmentation on my inner thighs and my under arms. So far, so good. I read multiple reviews and how different people used the soap, and tried a few different approaches. The best approach for me has been to jump in the shower with warm, not hot water. Afterwards, move away from the stream or turn off the water and soap up all over(excluding the nether reagions). I also use an exfoliating cloth to apply the soap. I leave it on my body for 5 minutes at least or until it tingles. You will feel a tingle if you leave it on too long, and then I rinse off. Afterwards I wait few minutes before applying a moisturizer. It dries your skin like a mofo. My shoulders and arms look amazing. I've only been using the new all over shower method a week, but awesome results. I don't look lighter, I look brighter if that makes sense.

Raven K use an exfoliating glove after you rub product on skin to produce a lather & keep scrubbing it on the inner thighs & take your time whilst doing so . Apply a good moisturiser afterwards . You will get good results from 2-3 weeks.

So sorry for only replying now hun! I was really skeptical about it at first but I must say that it made my face a little lighter, and it wasn't anything out of the ordinary because it faded the spots on my face and made it even toned, so it looks really good! I don't look bleached at all so I do hope you give it a try. I recommended it to two friends who had the panda eye patch and it cleared it all up in just a few weeks. But different people react to products differently, so be careful with it and don't forget to use a good spf product after using the Kojic soap. 😮🤗
I tried it and I did not see a difference at all. Mostly my body is cover with scars and discoloration and I really wanted to find something that works for me and this did not work at all I used it mostly everyday when I get in the shower too. I don’t know everyone is different this is just my experience with it.

@Tysean west I ordered mine from Amazon. I forgot the brand name but you can see which is better by the reviews left on Amazon. Just make sure it's 20% Hylauronic with Vitamin C. (It's the vitamin C in the serum that really gives you the glow) They also have Vitamin C serum & that will give you a beautiful glow too! ( It also erased my acne within like 6 days)

People are idiots. It's not the same as bleaching. Who doesn't want to have even skin tone? This is the same as when women tan certain parts of their body to match areas that are always exposed to sunlight.

The thing with Kojic Acid Soap is it must be used on a continous basis for it to be effective. Kojic Acid is an exfoliator, so if you decide to stop using the skin may darken again over time. If you decide to buy the soap, cut it into small square pieces. I do this and the bar lasts anywhere from 9-12 months for me. Girl, I am from the Philippines and that box you held up is literally $1.00 with the exchange rate. Kojie- san is made here. I suggest you cut up your soap into sections and store the pieces you are currently using. That stuff melts fast. Saves you soap since you are paying an arm and a leg for it.

I’m just here to drop a tip to anyone with dark knees. I started doing a face scrub with 1tbl spoon brown sugar, honey, and a few drops of lemon. I’d use it at least twice a week as a facial scrub and whatever was left over I would scrub for a few minutes on my knees. In less than a month I saw results. I hope it works for anyone struggling with dark knees. 🤗
Zarki i well I’m no expert but it’s worth a shot for the hyperpigmentation :) I know lemons help with dark spots. But since it’s a scrub I wouldn’t recommend it for under the eyes since that’s such a delicate area.
I think all these people commenting before they think. Don't know that us deep skinned girls get hyper pigmentation and those areas like our knees and aimpits and elblows get super dry and show up dark. It's really just enhancing, evening out and brighting those areas. Plus it's good for your skin so what's so bad about wanting healthy and good looking skin?

Lemon takes far too long and the results are no where near as effective as the soap . In fact you would need to keep purchasing more lemon juice to get good results but the soap lasts for months .

I myself am light skin and I have dark elbows so I will be trying this product out to lighten it. It's definitely not bleaching your skin. Some dark skins wouldn't understand 🙄

All it does is enhance brightness and remove some of the dark areas slightly from the skin. But my mother being Italian and father being black. I'm still light skinned and will use this product . My mother already being light, says she will try this product out for enhanced brighter skin and to clear old acne scaring. 😊☺️
This stuff works wonderfully for hyper pigmentation without bleaching unaffected skin. I've used it all over for a year or so. But please, please use a good quality sunscreen. I got really bad sunburn for the first time as a black woman and I won't make that mistake again, lol.

Shouldn't leave on face for more than 20 seconds when you first get it but after that you can slowly increase dosage but no more than 1 minute . This is because the skin on your face is delicate however that same rule doesn't apply for body because the skin cells on your body are much thicker so it doesn't sting no matter how long you use it on body x

Koji soap has detsroyed my knees . I did everything . Here are some of the stages to stop using the soap , stage 1 - excessive dryness (despite moisturizing), stage 2 - you dont notice results for over 2 weeks , stage 3 - your skin gets tingly and burns , stage 4- your skin loosens and wrinkles

Cool! Kojie San Soap is a local brand here in the Philippines. People here are obsessed in whitening products (soaps with glutathione, lotion, soaps etc). Kojic soap is very popular here. Its usually prescribed by a dermatologist then eventually marketed and other brands came out. Its super cheap! For a dollar, you get that 2 bars of soap. They have it also in a set of 6 big bars. I'm naturally light skinned (chinese filipino blood) but i use that Kojic soap to treat and dry out my acne (back-ne to be exact) once in a while when one or two appears. Glad you like the soap! Though it melts quick! Haha
Ok I've tried this for a whole 2 weeks, I used it twice a day and leave it around 3 minutes before I rinsed it, I didn't forgot to use whitening lotion and even use a drop of vit c serum. I've never been this devoted at trying lightening my knees. Result? Sadly it didn't work for me 😣 But, I'll keep trying it for at least next 2 months Edit: Okay, it's been 2 months already, the result isn't that great, yes it gets lighter but only slightly I can't even see the difference if I don't compare my knees in a collaged photos. But it's good to try, and we shouldn't expect the same result for everybody, maybe you could get better result than me 😁

I have. It works as long as you're able to get an authentic one as there's some fakes out there. I had hyperpigmentation on my forehead and I used it once per day for 5 minutes and I saw a difference in 2 weeks.

I'm a guy I use it for my heredity dark under eye circles, because I am a model. And a lot of people are underestimating the effects of this product. The fact that it is a form of acid it can destroy your skin with over use. Regardless what areas you use it in. Don't get crazy with it. It is very, very strong chemicals. I've seen people look worse after using it, as oppose to before they did use. Of course everyone has different pigments, skin tolerance, etc. but just use with caution beautiful people. And I wouldn't recommend this if you are trying to bleach your skin. This is for discoloration, acne, etc. Even though it does lighten up dramatically, I wouldn't recommend for if you want to go from dark to white. But other than that it is a very great product. So sorry for only replying now hun! I was really skeptical about it at first but I must say that it made my face a little lighter, and it wasn't anything out of the ordinary because it faded the spots on my face and made it even toned, so it looks really good! I don't look bleached at all so I do hope you give it a try. I recommended it to two friends who had the panda eye patch and it cleared it all up in just a few weeks. But different people react to products differently, so be careful with it and don't forget to use a good spf product after using the Kojic soap. 😮🤗

I tried it and I did not see a difference at all. Mostly my body is cover with scars and discoloration and I really wanted to find something that works for me and this did not work at all I used it mostly everyday when I get in the shower too. I don’t know everyone is different this is just my experience with it.

(It's the vitamin C in the serum that really gives you the glow) They also have Vitamin C serum & that will give you a beautiful glow too! ( It also erased my acne within like 6 days)

The thing with Kojic Acid Soap is it must be used on a continous basis for it to be effective. Kojic Acid is an exfoliator, so if you decide to stop using the skin may darken again over time. If you decide to buy the soap, cut it into small square pieces. I do this and the bar lasts anywhere from 9-12 months for me. I've been using this soap for about 5 years now and definietly recommend it! I use it for my face and has made my complexion brighter but without me looking too pale since I naturally have tan skin. It has also cleared up my acne, and I hardly get breakouts like I did before. Just make sure to always moisturize after

I’m just here to drop a tip to anyone with dark knees. I started doing a face scrub with 1tbl spoon brown sugar, honey, and a few drops of lemon. I’d use it at least twice a week as a facial scrub and whatever was left over I would scrub for a few minutes on my knees. In less than a month I saw results. I hope it works for anyone struggling with dark knees. 🤗

Zarki i well I’m no expert but it’s worth a shot for the hyperpigmentation :) I know lemons help with dark spots. But since it’s a scrub I wouldn’t recommend it for under the eyes since that’s such a delicate area.

I think all these people commenting before they think. Don't know that us deep skinned girls get hyper pigmentation and those areas like our knees and aimpits and elblows get super dry and show up dark. Lemon takes far too long and the results are no where near as effective as the soap . In fact you would need to keep purchasing more lemon juice to get good results but the soap lasts for months .

All it does is enhance brightness and remove some of the dark areas slightly from the skin. But my mother being Italian and father being black. I'm still light skinned and will use this product . My mother already being light, says she will try this product out for enhanced brighter skin and to clear old acne scaring. 😊☺️

Shouldn't leave on face for more than 20 seconds when you first get it but after that you can slowly increase dosage but no more than 1 minute . This is because the skin on your face is delicate however that same rule doesn't apply for body because the skin cells on your body are much thicker so it doesn't sting no matter how long you use it on body x

Koji soap has detsroyed my knees . I did everything . Here are some of the stages to stop using the soap , stage 1 - excessive dryness (despite moisturizing), stage 2 - you dont notice results for over 2 weeks , stage 3 - your skin gets tingly and burns , stage 4- your skin loosens and wrinkles

Cool! Kojie San Soap is a local brand here in the Philippines. People here are obsessed in whitening products (soaps with glutathione, lotion, soaps etc). Kojic soap is very popular here. Its usually prescribed by a dermatologist then eventually marketed and other brands came out. Its super cheap! For a dollar, you get that 2 bars of soap. They have it also in a set of 6 big bars. I'm naturally light skinned (chinese filipino blood) but i use that Kojic soap to treat and dry out my acne (back-ne to be exact) once in a while when one or two appears. Glad you like the soap! Though it melts quick! Haha

How long do you leave it on before washing off?
I'd put it on in the shower and then let it sit for 10 minutes
no 2-3 minutes is enough. 10 minutes might burn your skin, instead of it getting lighter it will get darker.
Ok I've tried this for a whole 2 weeks, I used it twice a day and leave it around 3 minutes before I rinsed it, I didn't forgot to use whitening lotion and even use a drop of vit c serum. I've never been this devoted at trying lightening my knees.

Edit: Okay, it's been 2 months already, the result isn't that great, yes it gets lighter but only slightly I can't even see the difference if I don't compare my knees in a collaged photos. But it's good to try, and we shouldn't expect the same result for everybody, maybe you could get better result than me 😁

@@johnfavour4652 I got it from online shop, though, from my experience, DON'T waste your time with this. I got way much better result using serum like vit c, vit e, and niacinamide before applying lotion. Yes it's more expensive, but not that much considering the REAL result!

When I was younger I'd cut a fresh lime/lemon and rub it on my elbows here and there. I think it works :) pretty evenly skin toned on those parts now

I'm a guy I use it for my heredity dark under eye circles, because I am a model. And a lot of people are underestimating the effects of this product. The fact that it is a form of acid it can destroy your skin with over use. Regardless what areas you use it in. Don't get crazy with it. It is very, very strong chemicals. I've seen people look worse after using it, as oppose to before they did use. Of course everyone has different pigments, skin tolerance, etc. but just use with caution beautiful people. And I wouldn't recommend this if you are trying to bleach your skin. This is for discoloration, acne, etc. Even though it does lighten up dramatically, I wouldn't recommend for if you want to go from dark to white. But other than that it is a very great product.
