I always loved this show so much. Vincent and Catherine's love for each other was so deep and so strong. What a beautiful television series.
Too bad networks now what jump into bed and not friendship deepened into love. Vincent and Catherine set the bar in the romance department.
I really loved this show when it was first run. Haven't seen anything like it since, the music, the poetry, the atmosphere, even the Beast's makeup. Linda and Ron's acting was beautiful too. Thanks for the memories.
As a little girl watching it I thought catherine was a princess.
This was so beautiful and so bittersweet. I was thrilled that Vincent had finally told Catherine in words that he loved her but then the tragedy happened and she was cruelly taken away from him and baby Jacob. In my heart and my mind they're together again and they were able to raise their son together. I just can't accept how the show ended it for them.
It ended because Linda Hamilton wanted to have children. She had a son by Bruce. Then Linda Hamilton was sick to with her depression. She has gone through so much but she is doing great today. 😎😃😆😁😄😏😌☺️😀😊🤓
Why wasn't Batb willing to write her pregnancy into the show instead of letting her go?
I watched B&B when it first aired. Everything about it was so original. Catherine and Vincent were fully fleshed out characters and their love wasn't contrived or sentimental. It was a profound love between romantic soulmates. Ron Perlman was a poet as Vincent, Linda Hamilton wonderful. Their chemistry was instant, tender and powerful. A beautiful show we'll never see the likes of again.
No reboot can ever be as tender and romantic as the original.
This scene is sooo sweet...every romantics dream...and Vincent's voice...hearts breaking
To be loved like that is something only very few have ever known.Yes it's a fairy tale story,,, if only it was true in our lives.I remember watching this show when it first aired and it brought me such joy and Hope in a time in my life that was so sad and dark.Watching these again only brings back the joy and happiness I felt So many years ago.Thank You for the wonderful memories :->
What I love is that it wasn't the typical instant carnal desire but innocent curiosity and gratitude turned to friendship then a deep love.

vincent finally tells catherine just know i love you no matter what happens ; i think my favorite scenes were them holding hands and finally the kiss comes in what a romantic series i loved this show and still ;; all i can say is ill never get tired of watching it
Judy Murray. Vincent always told Catherine that she was his life & he showed her by always being there for her but to finally say. I love you was thr best part right after they consummated their relationship the connection between them was lost so sad it's always hard watching the last season & her dying in his arms always makes me cry😢

Ich habe die Serie auch von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute geliebt und verfolgt, und damals jede Folge auf Videokassette aufgenommen. Habe extra deshalb meinen Videorecorder nie entsorgt, so das ich immer wieder diese Serie ansehen konnte. Mittlerweile habe ich sie komplett auf DVD 😍🥰. Auch wenn es vielleicht lächerlich oder kitschig klingt, in schlechten bzw schweren Zeiten ( davon habe ich in letzter Zeit genug) hilft es mir, einige Folgen anzuschauen und man ist wieder etwas mit dem Leben versöhnt. Was ich noch sagen wollte, diese " Neuauflage " vor einiger Zeit war so gruselig, die schlechteste Neuverfilmung ever 🤢🤮😖😡😠💩
