It's been 13 short months that I have been in the direct response advertising industry. And the thing that has struck out, again and again, is the power of storytelling. Again, in this video, that has been the case. Here are some tippy top pointers that i am taking home from this video: - make the ads native to the platform (understand the context of the platform). - Nail the research--on product, industry and the TA--as that is where you find the raw material for creating great ads (ex: Sabri pointed out using a personal story) - Sell the click, create the intrigue for them to go to the LP and let the LP sell the product. - maintain consistency in the environment you are creating (ex: here, with the copy changes that Sabri suggested, the product comes off as premium,, => that the product page needs to do the same and harmonise with the ad) - Keep seeing such ad breakdowns, lower your ego and perpetually learn to create great fucking work. Thanks a TON Mr. Suby for this video. I am gonna make a coffee, block distractions, and STUDY your entire "your ads suck" playlist in the coming days,
Hey Sabri, I've implemented your advice into my business. Here is the result: Two campaigns: Cold targeting & Retargeting -> Period 2 weeks - Spent $5,204 -> Generated $22,173 , ROAS 4.26 , CTR %3.61 Thanks, Amir 👊
As a non native english speaker I definitely love that you speak very clearly, not too fast, but with a good dynamic. I can understand all + I never get boring.
Interesting. Even I have seen that people buy when there is an offer. But, isn't this strategy better suited when the TA has already seen the product and just needed a little push (the offer) to buy the product? Say they are in the product aware stage.
Hey Sabri much love from Kenya I'm getting so much value from your videos. I also love your book Sell Like Crazy its the best marketing blueprint I've ever gotten my hands on.
Hi Sabri...your business advices are great..I wish this would have happened 15+ years back, when I entered the field of sales and marketing without any prior knowledge of the subject. If so, I would definitely be having my own consultancy by now.. nevertheless I still have it in me but m not tech savvy. .CAN YOU ADVICE ME AS TO WHERE DO I LOOK TO LEARN ABOUT MAKING ADVs (technically) on different social media platforms.. I m very creative just need to know the technology.
I'm curious to see how you would sell product that are more emotional than functional. Like jewelry. Products like this saffron tea provides a clear benefit like deep sleep, which has a clear audience: people always in fatigue, suffering from insomnia etc. But if i want to sell an order made ring, it doesn't have any functional benefit, but more of an emotional one. I find that hard to qualitatively articulate.
Hello Sabri, thank you for your helpful content. Can you tell me what setting you choose for this longform copy to display on my ad without it being cut off and the "see more" button being displayed? Thank you.
Thank you, Sabri! I've subscribed to your channel, and I would like to know more about your knowledge to enhance my skills in direct response marketing. And hopefully, get some clients in this niche direct response marketing. Thank you!
#heysabri wouldn't the Headline you recommended be sort of a false claim because there really isn't any scientific proofing to it and thus cause people to be skeptical of the brand?
At 11:08 you said 1) Intrigue in the headline 2) More intrigue and benefits in the leading copy 3) Long Form story copy 4) And they click through to our website I'm a bit confused About steps 2 and 3 Is the leading copy when the user clicks read more and the ad shows more text content on Facebook? If so then would more intrigue and benefits + Long Form story copy be in the actual ad? So steps 2 and 3 would be in the same place just with step 2 text content above step 3 text content in the actual Facebook ad??? @SabriSuby
#HeySabri! I'm a videographer/photographer/editor here in Memphis TN, I've been doing it for a couple years but just recently began to really start making something of it. Much like how you began, I'm funding this with my own money making cold calls and sending emails. Selling real estate pictures for $50 and virtual tour videos for $300. Ive been following much of your advice about follow up, emails, and cold calling. What advice would you give me about how I am currently selling, and what additional things can I do to market/convert calls into clients without going broke? Thank you!
Ok, but what if his purpose was to just reveal the cards and not waste money? In point of if people don't know what is after ad and they click and see the product page -they gonna bounce, right? So maybe sometimes is OK to sell from Ad? This can be an interesting topic - we are sure that you never answer on this topic.
I think it would be good only for people who are familiar with your brand. I'm always up for collecting leads with email first after providing value, then get to selling. If they just skip that page like you said, they're gone forever, unless they see your ad again, which is hard. If you got their email, they're on your list untill they unsubscribe.
Thanks Suby, great video.. Please I have a question that has been bothering me. How do we set up our funnel for ecommerce? For example dropshipping where we gotta sell now and can't wait to take prospect from one point to a desirable point What's gotta be in the landing page to get people to buy now? Thanks
You need to learn the basics bro. Facebook ads is a funnel in and of itself for ecommerce, and than there is your own sales funnel inside your website. A landing page is just a page people land on from your ad, so it must be consistent with the ad and a natural continuation of it. If youre not selling an high priced item all you need is to direct traffic to the products page/sales page with good copy, UX, and media.
#Heysabri. I'm a website designer I have done some market research on real estate business, and I noticed their pain point is getting more clients. How do I make them admire and buy my website design service even thou what they need mostly is getting more clients?
In my opinion, the problem is that this pain point is the biggest pain point for almost all industries. I pick the same one for the advertising business. Now almost everybody starting to solve that problem :( and more sales as the second major pain point:(
Show them how having an online business will bring in new clients, then add uniqueness to your brand saying why you specialize in real estate websites and they can only get those results from you
Nobody likes ads anymore. When I see an ad, I go out of my way not to buy the product. If I want or need something, I research it then buy the cheapest one that does the job.
But I don't have$1,000 to pay.my 8 son & dougter 4 studiying and 4 is starting new job to have money to buy laptop all of them asking for this King Kong to learn but now im sorry I don't have money now .
I really like your videos and advice, but the copy you are suggesting the whole time reeks of a lying salesman. Not sure if that's the best way for a brand to appear. "Best sleep humanly possible" "Most important post of the year" Citing a study that doesn't exist. Sounds like something that might hurt the brand.
@@dolfohimself exactly, when you make tall claims you need to reference them to original research. I have read his books and watched few videos and honestly speaking some of them are truly click bait with no real value or fact.
I don't follow much Sabri, but the way I learned it (from Ryan Deiss), it was that you first have to find a study, a news, or something from a celebrity, and then from there you can make the claim (that's part of your big idea)
