    I'm having trouble understanding how to draw figures at different angles, like the feet in this are angled. Is that a trouble with forshortening issue or perspective or am I over thinking it? Your videos have been a huge help

      Yeah that's always an issue. Feet aren't so much foreshortened as they are done like a wedge/box in your basic object drawing. I think of them in 3 sections: the heel, the ankle, and the tarsals. I think of it as a matter of overlapping those 3 bits. So you could build it front to back by drawing the tarsal section (toe to beginning of ankle), then the ankle behind that, then the heel behind both. The other option is to build it up from the bottom of the foot shape in perspective. Either way will work, and you should try both to see what you like.
      Glad to know this stuff helps. I think for my drawing 2 class coming up, I'll have more videos that focus in on the smaller forms of the figure (feet included).
