We have a LP2824 with a parallel interface. It has been working perfectly for almost 8 years and still works as if it was new. Now we switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The new Window machine does not have parallel interface, but several serial and USB ports. Is there a Windows 10 driver for the LP2824. Would a parallel to USB or serial converter be accepted by Windows and the printer?

Hi David, you can download a free trial of Label LIVE from the Windows Store or Mac App Store. Today, we support the GK420d and 2844-Z printers. We haven't yet verified a ZD410 works with our software, but it could work right out of the box.
